* Counseling Tour I received counseling from a total of five hospitals.

There was no error between the five hospitals in the estimate of transplant parameters (four identical, 100 less in one place), so there was nothing to worry about.

There was not much difference in the rough design that I set during the consultation, but whether I set the hairline more straight, a little M-shape, or a thin side line, or a bigger side line (in my case, my forehead is wide on the side, so everyone considered filling it on the side). But there was also a place where you said it doesn't matter if you want to take it out.) It was this much difference.

The side hair line was not something I paid much attention to, but it was not an important consideration, and the design was also a part that could be modified with my will, so I basically prioritized where to set the 'hairline standard'.

One of them is out.
It's because they set the hairline a little lower than the other four places.
If it's like your heart, right? Oh, I want to go like this, but rather, I jumped alone (with the same parameter estimate) compared to the other four places, so I ended up out.
It's a car that I promised not to be overheard and greedy to bring down my hairline.
Well, I don't know anything about hair transplantation, but if it's the same parameter - a large area, it makes you nervous.

In terms of cost, there was an error of about 1 million won between the cheapest place and the most expensive place.

Well ... If you feel anything after counseling, you need counseling, but you don't have to consume too much energy and nerves.
I understand how those who are worried because it's a money-losing and distracting operation if it's taffy, but django and disability are not very helpful, and it's a little obvious, but I don't want the results to be good even if he's a well-opened hospital.

I think the list of hospitals to be consulted itself will be "where I already liked + where I added it just in case."
In fact, I don't think I can deny my dependence on 'feel' and 'compatibility' without such a clear basis. During counseling, I think the patient is more specifically biased toward where he or she fits his or her feelings rather than judging the capabilities of the medical staff.
Of course, it is a necessary process because something may break or some variable may occur during the consultation process.
In my case, I decided to go around a lot for the "average" of horns and designs, and I set the principle of striking out places that are out of line with that average. This alone was sufficient in the significance of the consultation.

Director, the personalities and counseling styles of the directors are absolutely kind - delicate - full of confidence. It seems that the compatibility varies depending on the personality of the patient.

A very friendly type of counseling, if you come to us, we will be really good to you!
Some people may prefer a place that gives this feeling, and others may feel confident in a place where they treat them somewhat bluntly.
In my case, I've hit out places that feel like, "If you want to get surgery here, get it here, lol," but that's also my standard, and I don't think it's a big reason. In my case, if I went around five places, I didn't see much merit in the pre-checking (there was only one place where the condition of the back of the head or the distribution of hair per area was checked with equipment). The final surgical plan consultation results were all similar.

In the end, I think it's a question of how I feel when I make an appointment for surgery and go to the hospital. It sounds stupid, but you end up choosing "the place you want to pull."
There's not a lot of mathematical evidence to follow. I narrowed down the list to three places after I finished the consultation tour.
But after that, I think I just followed the feeling.

* During the operation, we lay on our stomach when collecting hair follicles, and when transplanting hair follicles, we lay down looking at the ceiling.

I went into the operating room around 10 o'clock, and the collection was done before 11:30, so the collection time was very fast.
We then move to the recovery room and receive a quick lunch.

The composition is porridge. Maybe beef porridge? However, there were very few meat ingredients, two pieces of ABC chocolate, a side dish of stewed soy sauce, and tea.
As Helin, I thought it would be nice if it had a little more protein (...) You also gave me a disposable toothbrush, so there is a bathroom across from the recovery room.

I didn't have much difficulty during the surgery.
Including the break time, the total time is between 4 and 4 and a half hours?

I don't think there are any special precautions for the patient other than the hospital notice. However, there are many cases where you have to turn your head little by little during the operation, and in this case, people with a sore throat or poor range of motion may feel uncomfortable. I think it's important to keep this in mind and have a good neck condition on the day of surgery.
In addition, if you have rhinitis, you may have a slightly uncomfortable breathing posture when collecting on your stomach. I don't have severe rhinitis, but one side was blocked for a while during the operation, so I was tossing and turning for a while trying to get into position.

If you're mindful of these, most of the process is pretty amazingly comfortable. I think I did it by half dozing off for the transplant. I think I snored a little, but I'm sorry.
During the operation, I thought several times that the director was really quick.
And should I say that it catches fire, but after a little time after collection or transplantation starts, it becomes elastic and feels like an on-fire. I could also feel the concentrated atmosphere.

* After the surgery, you'll put a piece of gauze on the back of your head, put a kitchen wrap-like plastic on it, and then wear a thief beanie. Of course, it doesn't really tickle.
But anyway, it's common for girls to wear gauze on their maps and noses in this neighborhood.
I don't think you'll be too bothered because you often see comrades like you.

On the first day, the anesthesia is relieved and the back of the head is very painful.
Also, I keep wearing a beanie that the hospital put on me It can be very frustrating because you have to go to bed.

On the day of surgery, if the patient wants, the hospital will reserve a nearby hotel.
If you choose this option, you'd better have a company to spend time with for your mental health and quality of time because the added boredom of being alone can soar in many ways.
Call your girlfriend.

Pardon? You're having surgery to make a girlfriend?
Ugh...
Call your friend.

The next morning, I go to the hospital to take off my stuffy things and get instructions on shampooing and then personal shampooing.
It'll hurt a little when you touch the back of your head when you shampoo, but it's too much to bear, so bear it. There's nothing I can do.
If you want to be less sick, eat before shampooing and take painkillers.

But in my case, overall, I didn't feel the need to take painkillers every meal.

* What I felt was unfortunate. Just as I felt the pros and cons of each of them according to my standards when I received counseling at various hospitals, I don't think there can be zero regrets in the process of surgery and care.

What was regrettable was the lack of nurses' partial response and reliable sharing of patient information.

I collect blood for hair follicle storage before the operation begins, and in my case, the nurse dropped the alcohol cotton pad after the blood was collected and before the syringe was pulled out. Since then, you may have been a little embarrassed, but there is something wrong with the process of pulling out the syringe.
Usually, it doesn't hurt when I inject or take out a shot, but it hurts a lot.
Later, I found a line-shaped wound as if my skin had been cut off. It's been two weeks, but there's still a mark.

Mistakes can occur, but I don't think there's a way that the nurse won't feel them. Even if it's not a big problem, unnecessary wounds have occurred by my standards. I think it would have been better if you had provided a simple apology or guidance such as "You don't have to worry too much even though your skin is damaged."

If you have experience with hair transplant counseling or surgery, you will know that all hospitals fill out a preliminary questionnaire about patient information.
The details of the questions are different for each hospital, but the part that is included is the "drug in use."

I have a disease under treatment, so I filled out the relevant information because there is something peculiar in this area.
However, the contents were not reflected when receiving the prescription and guidance after the operation.
So I revised the prescription after I told the nurse again about the medication I was taking.
There was a drug that overlapped.
Then, the day after the surgery, I visited the hospital and received guidance on shampoo, and the nurse I told you about the prescription modification the day before said again, "If you have pain, take the painkillers we prescribed you..."

No. I didn't get a painkiller prescription here. Even if it's a small part, it took some time for the patient to give mechanical guidance that wasn't tailored to "me."

What patients who fill out questionnaires and receive counseling want is not just to check the factors of surgery and move on.
It is natural to expect the contents I wrote to be recognized and cared for as the patient's peculiarities and information.
Just as a patient does not fill out a questionnaire roughly, I think the hospital would have been much less concerned if the information was carefully checked and shared tightly among medical staff.

* Since then - the great pain in the back of the head (the hair follicle collection area) is quite subdued on day 3-4 now. It was based on whether it was annoying or not when I leaned on the back of my head on the sofa. However, if you rub your hand when washing your hair, it still hurts. Now, two weeks have passed, and I'm about to visit the hospital, and I don't feel any pain when the back of my head touches me, but I still feel a little pain when I rub it with my hand.

The hair follicle transplant site was never touched by hand in the first place, and in my case, there was no pain or discomfort. But there's nothing I can do about it that's bothering me in many ways. When I wash my aesthetic hair with lukewarm water under low water pressure, the first two or three days are very frustrating. After that, I got used to it to some extent.

I just hope the prognosis is good now. For those of you who have decided on surgery in your heart, I hope you don't feel too nervous or hesitate to find a place that suits you and get good results. First of all, I'm going to sleep well.
