On the day of the surgery, I visited the hospital early in the morning to briefly explain the procedure related to the transplant with the staff, and discussed the design with the director. And after blood pressure check, anesthesia, and laughter gas, I went into the operating room and collected hair follicles.
It was collected without any pain or discomfort because I kept sleeping, and it just happened to be lunchtime. I simply ate the sandwich provided by the hospital, and in the afternoon, I carried out the transplant in earnest. Additional non-excisional collection was also carried out because the number of hair follicles collected by incision during transplantation was insufficient. I think I trusted him more because I saw the hospital's honesty. The transplant was completed around 6 p.m., and I went home.
My tip is to bring clothes or hats that can cover your hair. It can be very embarrassing because it's on the side of Gangnam Station Boulevard and there's a bandage on your head. In my case, I wore a generous hooded zip-up.
When I slept in the evening, I couldn't sleep properly by tossing and turning when I slept because my head hurt after incision rather than the transplant site.
I visited the hospital on the 2nd day of surgery, received oxygen therapy, laser therapy, shampoo, and purchased additional nutritional supplements and fresh spray sold by the hospital and returned home. There was no pain in the transplant area, but the incision was still painful.
[Day 7 of Surgery] Since I've been shaving every morning and evening since the surgery, I've been spraying fresh spray every day, so there's no scab or inflammation in the transplant area yet. I couldn't see anything like a piggyback with my naked eyes, and I think it fell off naturally while shampooing.
The redness is still clearly visible. Especially if you have lighter skin like me, it makes your skin look more prominent lol
Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
And I had my hair cut on the 12th day. I've been growing my hair since before the surgery, so it's gotten too messy after more than a month.
My friend is a hairdresser, so I asked as much as I could, and I trimmed the transplant area very carefully with scissors, and the back part (the hair follicle collection area) was gently done with a barricade.
I was told not to use shampoo on the transplant area at all, and I only used the other areas carefully.
If you don't cut your hair to a friend like me and go to a normal hair salon, please tell me what you need. If you don't say you'll do it on your own, you might accidentally touch or touch your transplant hair...

At first, the density was good, but these days, the transplant area feels stale.
But this is not a hair follicle falling out, but a natural dropout phenomenon of "only hair falling out," so I don't want to pay too much attention.

I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
