Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Please understand that it can be a bit longer~ I have had the worst condition since birth: wide forehead+ M shape+ lack of density+ thin hair.
Rather, I was able to take hair loss medicine quickly, and I have been counseled by various hospitals since I was 20 years old with concerns about hair loss.
(Thinking about it now, more than seven years later, I think recognizing hair loss quickly and taking medicine quickly is one of the best choices I've made in my life. If you're thinking about taking medicine at a young age.. I'm sure you're worried, but I'd like to tell you to take your medicine. I don't know until people around me tell me that I have hair loss, and I dare say that the effect of the hair loss medicine was large.) However, since M-shape was vulnerable, there was a limit to holding out with hair loss medicine, and since three years ago after discharge from the military, I changed to Dutta and saw various effects such as villi, but it was still disappointing.
I wanted to try various hairstyles, but my wide forehead and weak hair density caught my ankle, and it was hard to see a hairline that retreated slightly over the years.
Therefore, we have been considering transplant surgery since the beginning of this year, and we have decided on surgery by raising funds through part-time jobs.
Preoperative counseling) In fact, I was a job seeker with a lot of time but not enough money, and I was planning to have surgery in Busan, so I was not free to choose a hospital in the first place.
Still, I thought, "Let's look around at up to three places!" and the first place I chose was Damo, Busan.
Those who have been consulted at Damo Clinic will know.
The doctor has a very warm impression of a hospital and a warmer feeling than that. It's my first time to consult with a hair transplant, so I listened carefully to your kind explanation, and after reviewing my hair condition, he gave me a design and estimate. I'm very proud of my surgery? That's what I felt. I also liked your history of surgery in one place for over 10 years..
Most of all, I liked that the director was conducting counseling and surgery alone. No wonder you're so nice about counseling! (+) Hair counting postpaid! My mom was listening to me talking to her and told me she thought it was really nice.
So, after consultation, I decided to operate in Damo after 2 weeks without making a separate appointment for another hospital consultation.
I think most of the members who had surgery at Damo will have similar reasons for their decision, so I'll cut it shorth) On the day of surgery), I held on to my trembling heart and took a picture immediately after arriving at Damo Clinic, changing into a surgical suit.
(See photo 1, 2, 3) Oh.. Wide forehead + thin hair... Basic design after that? That's what they did. Is this enough to lie down and illuminate the mirror? We designed it together, and it was about 0.5 centimeters lower than what the director said at the beginning. The wide forehead was a complex, so I wanted to shorten it even a little bit, and when I asked the director if it was okay to lower it like this, he said it was okay to lower it like this.
After that, I set the incision line for an incision, and in my case, I was told by the director that the tension in the back of the head was slightly lower than average before the surgery, and that was actually a concern, but it seemed to have been solved by holding the incision line thin and long. The director also explained that in detail. And then I put it under anesthesia, and honestly, it hurt so much... Others said it was more tolerable than I thought, and I thought it would be more tolerable because I'm a good pain-tolerant.. Wow, a needle came in deep and put about 20 rooms in the back of my head... It really hurt.. I even heard that I don't get anesthesia well, so I did reinforcement anesthesia and it hurt. Of course, it's not unbearable. It's not like I'm screaming or I'm tearing up.. It does hurt..
I had two dental treatments before the transplant, and it hurt beyond comparison..
I think this is also a kebake for each person, but if you're before surgery, I recommend you to think that anesthesia injection hurts no matter what. If you let your guard down, you'll get hurt like me. After anesthesia, there's actually no pain after that. However, I feel like I'm cutting pork cutlet that many people said in the review.. I could feel what it felt like. It's like cutting crispy Japanese pork cutlet with a knife.. LOL. I think it'll be a memory that I won't forget for the rest of my life.
Oh, in my case, I didn't have enough tension, so I did the incision by dividing it into left and right sides instead of cutting it all at once just in case you didn't know!
After the incision, I grabbed the back of my head and went into the recovery room and took my time watching YouTube on my computer.
You said you could lie down and sleep, but I actually held out because if I sleep now, I might not be able to sleep at night.
After waiting a little while, the meal is here! In fact, I thought it was because they offered bibimbap in the review of Damo, but it was even better to have a set meal. After eating deliciously and waiting a little longer, it's time for the transplant.
Before the transplant, we will redetermine the design with the director. The design lowered the forehead line, but made it as natural as possible. I didn't know, but I heard that the forehead with the same length from the tip of the forehead to the brow and the same length from the brow to the tip of the nose is the prettiest. The length is about 7cm on average? But even though the distance from the tip of my nose came out to 7.3cm, I wanted to reduce it a little more, and you designed that part well. When transplanting, he said that one hair is planted in the front and two or more hair is planted in the back to add naturalness.
Pre-transplant anesthesia was as painful as occipital anesthesia, but it was tolerable. I don't know if it's less painful because it's near the forehead, or if it's because I'm getting hit in a nervous state after being trained at the occipital region once. I asked the director and he said that it usually hurts more when I anesthetize my forehead.. My forehead was really tolerableLol, I don't feel much when I plant one after the anesthesia. To be honest, I dozed off in the middle. I think I'm getting something on my forehead, but it doesn't hurt.. I'm relieved.. As you can see from the other reviews, the nurse tells you how many groups each time you plant one, and counts them with a machine.
As I said before, maybe it's because it's a way to pay for the number of hair planted in a later payment.. Anyway, it was fascinating.
They were saying "Auntie~ Sammo~" and it's nice to listen to it comfortably... I did my best to doze off.
I was curious in the middle, so I was trying to count the numbers that you really counted, but.. I gave up because I was sleepy.. I'm sure they'll do a good job It was the counting result of the hair transplant.
When I estimated before the transplant, it was 2,800, but thankfully, there were more hair in my occipital region than I thought.
The doctor was worried that your hair would be less than 2800 because the density of your hair is a little low.. It came out 300 more, and they added an additional plant.
(See photo 56 7 8) This is a picture taken after transplantation!
He said that the additional 300 hairs were planted well in the density area that was lacking. Unexpected density reinforcement...? I got to do itLOL. How do you think the design came out well? I hope it comes out well according to that line.
On the day after the surgery), I received simple precautions and counseling from the director after the surgery, and came out with medicine, painkillers, and pumpkin juice. I feel this every time you consult, but you are really kind and witty. My dream is to come close to the director, but did this surgery bring me a step closer to that dream? I think it'll be possible, and even if it doesn't work this time, he said he'll drag you until the end of the year.. I thought it was a good choice to choose this hospital. Of course, the results will only be known when they come out, but the results are unknown, and I was very satisfied when I looked at the outside.
After arriving home by my parents' car on the first day, I ate and took medicine, so it didn't hurt as much as I thought.
I had a feeling of tenderness and bitterness in my larynx, but it was just tolerable and I think I slept well on the first day.
The anesthesia was less relieved, and it wasn't unbearable, maybe because of the painkillers.
(There was no pain in the transplant.) In fact, if you think about it, it seemed to help me in this case that I had a very tense night's sleep the day before my surgery.
If you're worried about sleeping before surgery, you should think about thisLol. Oh, and I wore sanitary gloves on my hands, wore a thin windbreaker, zipped it, and slept with my hands in my body because I was afraid I would unconsciously touch the transplant area while sleeping. I'm trying to keep my hands out. I have a bad sleeping habit.. I'm worried if I don't do this! Keep that in mind. Anyway, I lay down at around 11:30 and fell asleep before 12 o'clock, and I woke up around 6 a.m. because of the pain in the middle, but I think I had breakfast right away because I had some pain going back to sleep.
Day 1~2 after surgery) I had breakfast the day after the surgery, and maybe I was a little sleepy the day before, so I did some computer and took a nap for about 2 hours. In fact, on the first day, I was scared, so I took painkillers every day, so I didn't have any pain.
The problem is from day two night, and I had dinner a little late, so I tried to sleep without taking painkillers separately.. I only slept for more than an hour, but I barely fell asleep after taking a painkiller. But I felt pain in the middle, so I slept for about 4 hours and woke up, went to the sofa, put my neck on a pillow and went to sleepLOL Actually, pain is also a pain, but I tend to lean my neck and spend the whole day because I'm worried about the feeling of pulling my larynx, but I think I'm going to get a pain in my neckLOL. It'll be fine. Oh, and by this time, I had swelling on my forehead and between my eyebrows, and I had a slight pain when I pressed my forehead, but it disappeared quickly from day 3.
3rd day after surgery) As the hospital told me, I first tried shampoos on the transplant site.(I didn't wash my hair separately until then. The hospital told me that I could shampoo from the next day other than the transplant area, but I was worried that it would touch the transplant area for no reason, and I just held it in because it would last even if I didn't wash it.) I put water and shampoo in a spray container at an 8:2 ratio, shook it, sprayed it on the transplant area, waited for about 3 minutes, and washed it off, and shampooed it by lightly rubbing the rest of the area. I wanted to be tight, but I was worried, and the incision was still painful, so I couldn't detect it tight.
I heard it's good to wash it twice a day, so I washed it meticulously twice in the morning and evening. I can't do it properly, but it felt cool after washing my hairLol (see 2 last photos) These are the photos taken on the 3rd night and the 4th morning, respectively!
How is it? Do you think it's going well? LOL Apart from the transplant site, laryngeal pain still remains, and it's okay if you take medicine.
I took one painkiller and slept last night, so it was okay. I was sleeping right away, but my eyes opened at 7 a.m. this morning, maybe because I was sick. Pain still remains in the occipital region, especially when the end of the incision is pressed when sleeping. When will this part be okay..
I still feel like I'm pulling, so I'm careful about that too, but it's very good compared to the first day!
I heard that the transplant area is very itchy from this time on, but I don't have anything itchy about the transplant area, but rather near the top of the head? This is starting to tickle a little bit. Still, I try not to touch it as much as possible.
It's a longer review than I thoughtI realized while writing it down. Is this the shampoo method that I'm doing? I'm thinking about it too. What did everyone else do?
When I looked it up on YouTube, they said that shampooing methods are not very important..
I'm a bit scared, so I think I'm shampooing too conservatively Anyway, I'm thinking about writing a review for the next month, three months, or six months.
Those who are considering surgery in Busan seem to be considering Damo Clinic!
Thank you for reading the long post!
