Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Hello, I'm Pentaxman.
I'm an 85-year-old male, and I first noticed hair loss when I was 17 years old, and I started losing a lot of it when I was 18 and 19.

Here's my history of hair loss. My uncle and father had no hair loss at all, and my grandfather had no hair loss except for a slight enlarged forehead when he was over 70. My paternal grandfather died when my mother was young, so it's hard to check, I have an uncle from my mother's side, and I think my bangs are falling out little by little as my business becomes difficult at the age of 55. You're 60 years old next year, but there's not a lot of hair loss, but there's only a little bit in the front.

What's more interesting is that hair loss started from the lower right side of the back of the head. When I was in high school, my hair was torn off a little by the collar of my school uniform, but I still don't have a lot of hair on that side.

The front began to fall out to the top about a year ago. From mid-2009 to early 2010, I took Propecia for about 7 months, then quit for about a year due to circumstances, and I think that's when I started to lose weight, and I guess that's what happened when I got into it.. I'm not sure, but I think it's true that it started to look empty at the end of 2010.

The side faded away when I was 20 or 21 years old, and I still have thin and thin hair... I'll have to apply minoxidil on this side from now on.

It's a surgical device from now on.

I made a surgery reservation on January 18th and left the country on January 10th. The reason I left the country eight days earlier is to travel to Turkey. Ah.. Turkey is a wonderful country LOL The food is delicious, and the natural environment is amazing. The express bus is well established (I think it's better than the airport limousine in Korea). The space is just fine, but it can be wifi and there is a private screen like an airplane. There is an usher in the car, so I give you drinks.) Prices are similar to or slightly cheaper than in Korea. The accommodation is cheap and good, so if you have time, it would be good to travel for about 10 days ^^ Before leaving the country, I asked Ankara, Sebmek, and Tepe to quote at the same time, in addition to Nisa.
In fact, in 2009, I planned to get a hair transplant in Motion and Rahal, Canada, but I couldn't even get surgery because of cost issues. Since then, I have been interested in hair transplantation and have been in Daemo for two years, collecting information through various late-stage reading. I've seen the rise and fall of so many countries, including Canada, Georgia, India, China, Thailand, and Turkey. But Canada has moved away from the spotlight due to price, Georgia and India failure cases and the rise of emerging agencies, while China, Thailand and Turkey have been candidates of their own.

In China, I was interested in China because I majored in Chinese and was an exchange student in China in the first semester of 2012, but the Chinese discount worked, and the price was not as good as I thought, and I was eliminated due to the lack of reviews.

After China was eliminated, I was suddenly interested in Thailand, and I even asked the Thai hospital coordinator for an estimate, but I gave up because of the flood at an exquisite time.

Lastly, Turkey.. Far, far, far, far, Turkey.. So Turkey, which was ruled out..
I asked Ankara, Sebmek, Tepe, and Nisa to quote around December. Almost all of them were estimated for 2,500 to 3,000 hair follicles, and there was a difference of about 1 million won in price. The advantages of each agency were.

Ankara: A relatively long career. Hand-punching. I'm not sure the occipital part is clean compared to machine-punching, but I was attracted to the fact that the doctor collected it himself and collected it mainly for two or three hair follicles. When I got my scalp checked in motion in 2009, I confirmed that there were more hair follicles with 1 hair than 2 or 3 hair.ㅜ SEVMEC: A lot of reviews. Kind Agent. I've been pretty kind among the agencies I've met while quoting here and there.
In addition, I've been leaning a lot toward Sebmeg through a lot of recent surgery reviews and successful reviews.

Tepe: Those who quote inexpensive surgical costs will usually compare prices with multiple quotes. Tepe was the cheapest estimate I received in Canada, China, Thailand, and Turkey (based on hair follicle units). At the time of the estimate, the reliability issue was raised due to the problem that arose in Daemo, but I decided that I responded appropriately afterwards, and the results of the surgery on Daemo were not bad, so it had its own advantages.

Nisa: A/S round-trip airfare and system fee provided, friendly agent Tephena Nisa is a start-up, so hair loss people are actually hesitant. In the case of drugs and hospitals, the price is also the price, but more importantly, the result is the result. In the case of Nisa, I was hesitant because I couldn't find a review of each year in Daemo, but I went to the cafe and confirmed that the doctor in charge had already been successfully transplanting hair for quite some time in Turkey.
In terms of agent kindness, it was far better than other companies. Before I had the surgery, I was so busy that it was difficult to make a travel schedule, but thanks to Director Park of Nisa Agency, I was able to travel comfortably because he even recommended the travel schedule. I lost my luggage at the destination, but Halil, the president, found my luggage ^^ Above all, providing all round-trip airfare and system fees in the event of warranty was also a great merit. If we go to Turkey, where the airfare is 1 to 1.2 million won, we will lose a lot of money, right? And above all, I was even more reliable because I could use such a policy with confidence that A/S would not occur.

Through the above comparison of advantages and disadvantages, we finally chose Nisa Agency and received a 3000 hair follicle estimate.

After traveling inland Turkey, I arrived in Istanbul and checked in on January 17th and visited Dr. Alf's private clinic and had a meeting with Mr. Alf.

Here's the schedule for the day of surgery on the 18th. Move to the clinic at 9:30 a.m. and go to the general hospital with one local Turkish person to have surgery with. This is a fairly old hospital. I think it's very clean and well-equipped.

Local anesthesia and hair follicle collection from 10:30 to 12:30. The anesthesia that is reputable for being sick... I don't know. I just don't feel very sick. It does hurt. Should I say that it feels like I'm cutting 2 to 3 cm with a cutter knife? It's the first time, but it just stings nearby, and when I get it in another area, I feel like I'm getting cut off for the first time. But if you can't stand it, you're going to be a crybaby Lol I heard there seems to be a lot of individual differences, I guess I'm lucky! I think I did that much anesthesia when I took out my wisdom teeth.

To list the surgeries that have been performed so far in order of pain, circumcision>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. The pain seems to be the same during the first anesthesia. In Thailand, local anesthetic ointment is applied in advance, so there is almost no pain, so please refer to it if you are worried about anesthesia.

What's really hard is collecting hair follicles. You have to stay on your stomach for about two hours, which is not usually hard work. My back hurts.ㅜ Plus, you're very nervous because it's your first surgery... That's why it's harder.
Looking at the review of motion surgery, I think it would be much more convenient to have a chair like that with a face open like a massage chair.

I eat for about 40 minutes from 12:30 and go into the slit.

I design and slit for about an hour from 1:30, so pay attention to the design and do well.
Mr. Alf's team said that it's better not to have a transplant because the temples are nerve-wracking and the back of the surgery is easily removed. I didn't transplant temples because I value the doctor's opinion ten times among the doctor's and mine. The forehead line design compromised my opinion with you. The doctor held the center slightly lower than the actual surgery, so it looked quite V-shaped, but I liked the - shape.

Teacher 曰: Men usually lose a little bit of their hair as they get older, so it's natural and cool that both ends go up a little bit.
Mr. 曰: But this is terrible. And I have a wide forehead from birth, so the hairline should go a little higher than it is now.

So the V shape is more curved, and the overall line is up, which is the line right now.
The reason why the left side went up slightly more than the right side is that it's done by drawing it similar to the existing hairline. Before the surgery, I thought it would be nice because it was natural, but after removing the scab, I thought, "It's plastic surgery anyway, I should have just planted it the same way." When planting, plant well as the green line. Be sure to think carefully when deciding the line!

The transplant starts for about two hours from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Since then, Mr. Alf has done it himself. Before that, you come in from time to time and tell them to do this. The man who slit is the male nurse of the team, and he slit himself during Alf's surgery, so you don't have to worry about his career. But he also got a transplant about two months ago, and now he's going to get surgery, so I think he'll be able to see the mid-surgery process, the results after the surgery (Mr. Alf had it twice) LOL Transplantation is also a little difficult. I have to sit down for about two hours without changing my posture. It doesn't hurt or anything.

President Halil will be there throughout the operation, and he translates well. I asked because they didn't tell me this way like motion or damo, but they said it wasn't particularly strong. Instead, it is said that most of the hair follicles were not 1 hair follicle as in motion examination, but 2 or 3 hair follicles.

I have very little pain after surgery, but my head is constantly swollen because of saline solution and I feel a little weird because of occipital anesthesia. I slept with a neck pillow, and I just slept with a pillow, but I think it was most convenient to lie upside down in bed with only a neck pillow so that the surgical site did not touch the bed or the pillow.

You can go to the clinic at lunchtime on the second day after the surgery, disinfect it, and remove the laryngeal gauze to wear the hat right away. I think you can take your usual hat with you. It's good to be a little baggy, not tight, but it was okay to wear an MLB baseball cap because I shaved my head and left a little hat.

On the third day, I go sightseeing with the boss. The boss majored in Korean, so he is very good at it. He has a guide's license and experience, so he explains various relics and ruins, and Koreans who are passing by secretly stand behind him and listen to him lol He's so good at it. Personal guide, how much do I have to pay to get it in Korean...^^;; Since the agency is not very busy yet, the boss will tour it himself, but he won't be able to do it even if he wants to do it later when he's busy. If you're thinking of going soon, go ahead when you're not busy LOL On the fourth day, I got shampoo from the hospital and left the country. I made a stopover in Dubai for an hour and 45 minutes.

It's not as difficult as I thought to stop by. I'm going sightseeing after the surgery, so can't I change the plane. Fortunately, from Dubai, I'm the only one who came comfortably from the back of the A380 without people on either side. The Emirates meal is really delicious and the service is the best!! It's hard to wait for more than 9 hours when I go, but I think this will be a good experience if I go sightseeing in Dubai. I bought the plane ticket for 1.07 million won including tax. I couldn't get a discount ticket because I couldn't see it, it was almost 100,000 won cheaper than Turkish Airlines or Asiana direct flights. It's not a big difference, but in my case, 100,000 won was the price to upgrade all accommodations when traveling to Turkey.

You don't need to exchange money, just make a Citibank International Cash Card. The exchange rate is applied when sending the wire transfer at the time of withdrawal, and the withdrawal fee is $1.

It costs 3,000 hair follicle surgery, 3 nights and 4 days, including brokerage fees, and meals that Halil CEO buys from time to time lol (Maybe he bought it for me because I'm a junior to Halil). ) The euro has continued to fall these days, so it cost a little more than 4.3 million won. The plane ticket was about 1.07 million won, and due to the trip of 85 lira (about 55,000 won) including medicine, exclusive shampoo, and exclusive lotion, it came up a day earlier, so I paid 100 lira (about 65,000 won) for the additional accommodation.

I have a picture taken with my cell phone right after the surgery, but the quality is not that good and there is no big difference, so I won't post it separately. Today (31st), the 10th day of shampoo, finally removes all the scabs and posts a review. As I said at the beginning of the article, there are not many side hair, but I'm a little worried because it's collected from that side as well. If you look at the back of your ears, it looks very empty, but that's the part that wasn't really there. I think it'll be empty for about three or four months, but we'll have to wait and see.
The picture came out a little red and yellow overall. In fact, the surgical site is much less red than that, and the collection site does not look very empty at the back.

This is the end of the first review. I also decided to get a hair transplant after seeing other seniors' reviews, so I hope it will help others who are considering a hair transplant. I can't post pictures regularly because I'm lazy by nature, but I'll try to post them once a month. Any questions are welcome as long as you follow a common sense level of courtesy! By the way, the pictures are in order: front 1, 2 a month before surgery, front, right, left, and back after scabbing on the 13th day after surgery.
We cannot rule out the possibility that all surgical cases will be provided with support or convenience from the hospital and written in favor of a specific hospital. All plastic surgery has the potential for unexpected side effects. Please use it only as a reference. The legal rights and responsibilities of this post lie with the publisher himself.
