Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

<Design just before surgery. If you plant it too straight, it's awkward, so it's drawn in a curve on purpose. You're wearing a surgical suit.>

<It's right after the surgery. It was planted as designed. The picture reminds me of the pain at the time, but it's bearable. If you look closely, the hair in the middle of the M-shaped part was also transplanted.>

<It's been going up a lot for four months. I didn't have a companion dropout, no dark age, no folliculitis, and I grew up like fluffy from the beginning.>

<It's been pretty dense for seven months. However, the folliculitis was late(?) around this time, so it was a little itchy, and the transplant site became red. I got rid of hair follicles that occurred because I was recommended for microinjection treatment (MMX), and I got clean after receiving injections about three weeks apart.>
I decided on a transplant and wanted to share my progress steadily, but due to my laziness, I didn't post it like this until the 10th month.
In addition to what the hospital tells me, I wrote mainly about what I want to share.
0. History of hair loss
I heard that my grandfather passed away early, and my cousins and I have not had a lot of hair and have an M-shaped forehead since we were young.
As my cousins became in their mid-to-late 30s, my hair shrank a lot, and I was thinking it wouldn't be an exception.
When I was in college, I played a lot of pranks on my head, but crucially, I think it was critical to stay up all night under stress and do assignments in college.
Other people don't know, but I think the forehead has fallen out a lot, and I felt a little bit of hair loss on stressful days when I worked overtime at work after grad school. The primary cause may be heredity, but stress and overtime seem to have accelerated.
Before it was too late, I decided in my early 30s that I should have surgery, and if I hadn't decided then, I would have missed the golden time. The cost of the surgery is not small, but thanks to my wife's active support, I did it.
* If you are worried, operate as young as possible.
1. Hospital selection
I was introduced to the place where my friend's acquaintance had surgery, so I went to the doctor's office.
I went to the hospital as an introduction, and one of the directors operated on only one person a day,
I chose this place because I had a lot of trust in the case of surgery, strong confidence in my case, and detailed explanation.
I've been consulted by other famous large hospitals, and I've been able to save more money
I felt like I wouldn't be able to receive good care. (It's a personal feeling.)
2. Selection of parameters, surgical methods
As the hospital recommended, we decided to make it 3000mo.
According to the broadcast of hair YouTuber Geumgang Yeonhwa, the only regrettable thing about hair loss transplants is that they didn't plant more at that time.
Parameters are directly related to the cost, but plant as many as the hospital recommends once you plant them.
I didn't have any worries because I was thinking of surgery only as a non-intersection.
I don't have a picture of the collection site, but even though I always cut my hair short, it doesn't show at all.
3. Surgery
I checked the design for the last time on the day of the surgery, and went straight to the operating room right away.
I was a little nervous because it was my first surgery other than whaling, and I was surprised that there were more nurses than I thought,
I remember that it was amazing because they prepared it very skillfully like I saw in movies and dramas.
All I had to do was just breathe.
It's been 10 months, so I don't know the order
I think it took about 8-9 hours to sleep anesthesia, wake up, lie on your stomach when you collect, lie on your stomach when you transplant, and finish.
I talked with the doctor while listening to the radio, but it took a long time.
After the surgery, the last time to remove the scab? It was impressive that you wiped the surgical area very delicately with a cotton swab for a long time.
Nurses, thank you for your hard work.
* At the end of the operation, the transplant site is red, the back of the head is pushed back and bandaged, the head is wet and stretched upwards, and it's a little hideous.
If possible, it's better to bring a car or have a guardian come.
If you look at the review here, I don't think it's very good for people who wear hats right after surgery to cover up their surgery.
If you can't drive your own car, take a taxi and go home as soon as possible.
4. the night of the operation
The body odor is the back of the head, so you gave me a neck pillow and Tylenol to say that it can hurt when sleeping.
Even though I don't toss and turn a lot when I sleep, it hurts a lot when I lie down to sleep.
I couldn't fall asleep, so I took a Tylenol and slept well.
5. a postoperative period of leave
I took about 10 days off and had surgery, including Arbor Day (4/30), Labor Day (5/1), and Children's Day (5/5) weekends.
* If possible, take more than two weeks off, and at least 10 days off.
My head is throbbing at first because of the pain, and the redness at the transplant site sinks quickly, so I need time to calm down because it's putting a significant amount of stress on my scalp. It's a once-in-a-lifetime surgery, so please give me two weeks.
And you need time to get hair because you shave all the body odor like a monk.
** Was it a week after the surgery? On my way to get rid of the scab, he made a reservation at the Junohair Garosu-gil branch, which is almost right next to the doctor's office, so I trimmed my hair.
Your hair will inevitably look unnatural, so cut it more often than usual.
*** Speaking of hair styles, if you have hair loss, no!! Cut your hair short. It's better if it's a barber shop.
Short hair doesn't suit me. Pomade hair doesn't suit my usual style There are people who make excuses, but cut your hair short.
If you cover up poorly, your confidence will decrease, and your short and clean hair will definitely go above normal.
If your hair falls out, it's better to show it short. It's better.
Go to Barber Shop and talk about hair loss honestly, and even if it's awkward, cut it as recommended. Barber shops are expensive, but they are worth the investment.
6. 4th month
There is an explanation in the picture, but surprisingly, I didn't get eliminated or have a dark age together.
At this time, I had my hair short and my forehead out. No one knows if it's been operated on.
7. 6th to 7th month
Because of COVID-19, I kept wearing a mask, couldn't exercise well, and my skin was generally bad due to work stress.
Of course, during this period, hair follicles grew late and became red, but as hair grew new, I couldn't come out well and I think hair follicles came out in the process of penetrating the skin. I got microinjection treatment (MMX) and it got better quickly. I've booked 10 times for this injection treatment, and I still have a few more, but I think it's getting thicker overall because it stimulates the rest of the areas besides the transplant area.
The family members who knew about the operation from this time were really amazed and kept saying it was amazing. As I watched it for a year until birth, I didn't feel anxious, but I think I was almost relieved because my hair grew from the 6th to 7th month.
* If you have itching, redness, or something abnormal happens, contact the hospital immediately for consultation.
At this time, my skin was generally bad because of the mask, so I didn't pay much attention and went to the hospital to check it out regularly a little late, but I should have checked it quickly.
** I think the reason why I developed folliculitis at this time was because I slightly softened the transplant area when I washed my hair.
There was no pain in the transplant area, but there was a sense of heterogeneity that it didn't seem to be my flesh, and since it was a surgical site, I touched it carefully, so I washed my hair gently without realizing it. Please wash your hair neatly.
8. 10th month
It's really full now. My wife keeps saying that she was so good at surgery at that time, and she always says it's amazing even when I see her from the side.
Now, I'm thinking of trying a new hairstyle as well.
For your information, I am not taking medicine because I am preparing for the second generation. Although it is not related to the occurrence of deformed babies, even if it is 0.0001%, just in case.
I hope my surgical progress has helped others too, and if you have any questions, please comment.
