Hi. Hair Isaac. I had surgery on May 15th and now it's been a little over 6 months on November 19th

I feel like my forehead has gotten wider.. I've lost a bit of weight..
Honestly.. I don't think the surgery went well...My hair came out a lot..
My wish was to make the forehead line right.. I think 2200 strands are not enough to make up for everything. It's a shame..
