수술 후 우선 프로페시아 꾸준히 먹었고, 담배 끊고(수술 2일전), 술은 1달에 2-3번 정도, 운동 하고
이것만 하고 있습니다...
운동은 넘 열심히 해서 몸짱 되어버렸습니다...ㅋㅋㅋ
제 생각엔 이식 수술은 앞 부분만 효과가 있고 (의사 선생님들이 한말이지만...) 나머지 부분은 약과 나머지 제가 한 일들의
효과인 것 같습니다..
여러분들의 의견은 어떤지 답변좀 달아주시고요...
제가 희망을 주고 갔으면 합니다..(아니면 어떻하지??..나 혼자라도 만족해야지..ㅋㅋㅋ)
