And other than that, the plane and train I took to visit them cost me separately.

Also, he said he needed a passport when he went abroad, so it cost 55,000 won to make a passport (10 years old).
The passport photo cost 12,000 won. To eat in Turkey, it cost 15,000 won to buy 6 cup noodles, 6 instant rice, 2 banana milk, and 100G kimchi.

I will only talk about the case of the TEPE (Tepe) hair transplant center's most basic package, 3 nights and 4 days, which I have experienced. That's all I know. But with this in mind, you will be able to roughly estimate the total cost of construction. I don't know the cost of other agencies. This is because brokerage fees and surgery costs are very different for each agency.
Some people wonder if it is because the surgery skills of the medical institutions arranged by each agency are different, but in fact, the surgery skills are the same there. Hair transplant surgery is said to be one of the easiest operations in the medical community. In other words, hair transplant surgery is not a technical and highly skilled operation, but a simple operation in which patience and concentration during surgery determine the outcome of the operation, so the actual advantage of medical skills is not much different. However, not everyone can perform the surgery, but one thing is certain: the price offered by each agency when we receive preoperative counseling is not caused by the difference in surgery skills.
In other words, the cost is high because of the excellent surgery skills, and the low cost is not low. Then, why are the prices so different even though they are similar in skills.
The first reason is the option. For example, let's talk about the same model of the same company, the same model of the same year, and a car with the same fuel economy that runs at the same speed. The company is the same, the year is the same, and the fuel efficiency is the same!! Totally!!! Let's say there are three cars that are the same. If all the cars cost the same 10 million won, will we be able to buy them for 10 million won when they are sold on the market? You're welcome! You can never buy it for that price. Because wholesalers (car dealers) who hand over the car to us charge a fee in the middle. In our case, it is similar to the money paid in labor costs (?) to intermediary agencies (agencies) that arrange hair transplants overseas.
In addition, prices are added depending on the needs of each customer who demands the addition and change of the quality (high/intermediate/low) and various options such as sound devices, airbags, air purifiers, etc. to be attached to the vehicle. Even if you go to the factory to pick up the car that has been released, or if someone leads you to a luxury large tow truck, the price is added to the inside without sound.
However, just as people who are good at each other outside take off their medals, take off their hats, take off their pants, and put them in front of the mirror, they become the same human beings who are good at everything, and when they come on the market, they are only cars worth 10 million won, which are the same price. Therefore, we must be able to see the fundamental price of hair transplantation.

The same law applies to setting the price for hair transplantation. The most basic part of people who want to have a hair transplant is the medical staff who will do the best hair transplant to their hair and their hair with sincerity. To be honest, that's all we need for those of us who are going to get a hair transplant. If surgery is possible even at my house, if the medical staff come to my house and proceed with the surgery in the same room as me, I have no money to pay for them except for the surgery. Therefore, if you judge the total cost most reasonably, of course, there will be changes depending on the hair condition of a person, but usually one hair follicle is planted at home and abroad, and 1,000 won per hair follicle standard is required. If so, the cost of surgery for 3,000 hats will increase to 3 million won, 4,000 mothers to 4 million won, 5,000 mothers to 5 million won, 6,000 mothers to 6 million won, etc., but most of them do not calculate the actual cost of surgery like that. Up to a certain line, the number of hair follicles is set, but if you cross a certain line, the same surgical cost is applied whether the number of hair follicles is large or small by setting a certain range, such as KRW 5 million for 4000-5000 mothers or KRW 5 million for 4000-6000 mothers. In other words, whether it is a 4,100 hair follicle or 6,000 hair follicles, it can cost the same 5 million won for surgery. In that sense, the cost of surgery we pay to medical staff is the cheapest at 4 million won based on about 4,000,000 won, and you will have to go a little further. But that's something to consider, if we get out of this hair loss problem and the satisfaction is high, it's definitely worth the money. Therefore, the surgical cost items presented to us by the agency (agency) include their own fees in the basic minimum surgical cost (4 million won in non-park) mentioned earlier. This part of the fee is an important part of the difference in surgical costs. Depending on how much this fee is attached, the most basic surgical cost may increase or decrease.
The second other variable is the surgical environment part.
As I said before, surgery is there and there. Some agencies (agencies) say they can trust the entire surgery process to be done by a specific doctor on the front of the promotion, but in my own experience of surgery, no doctor at home or abroad can oversee the entire operation himself. No, no one becomes a doctor to operate like that. Another big surgery makes easy money, and what kind of doctor is trying to get that small surgery fee while working hard. Of course, this is possible in Korea. In Korea, where I underwent surgery in Korea, it is possible because the doctor is confident that he completed the surgery perfectly in a very short time (1 to 2 hours). And even if a doctor performs an eight-hour surgery himself, if the money coming in exceeds 20 million won, it is natural to bear the heavy labor. If it's 20 million won for 8 hours of hard work, who wouldn't want it. But overseas is different. What kind of doctor is doing the procedure alone for eight hours to receive 4 million won in Korean money for surgery. This is not just my thoughts, but it is also clearly revealed in the writings of seniors who have received overseas procedures in many places on the Daemo bulletin board.
In other words, it is an appeal that even if we look at the name of that particular doctor, the surgery we perform is that much safer than anywhere else. The publicity is not partly false, but those of us who see it need to judge correctly. It also promotes the hospital and promotes the operation within the hospital as if it were the image of the hospital, but it is the difference between buying the same hamburger and eating it in a simple house or in a palace. The hamburger I eat is the same, but the place where I eat it is different. They feel that the level of surgery varies depending on whether the surgery is a room in a corner of a larger and more plausible hospital or a room in a slightly smaller hospital. Some agencies (agencies) plant medical staff they recruited in every hospital everywhere and make us choose comfortably. The more options we have, the more services we seem to have, but go and lie on the operating table and they pull our hair out and plant it back on our heads is the same! Our DaMo members are not going abroad for pleasant sightseeing, but trying to get our lost hair, so they should not be deceived by such tactics to pay unnecessary money.
There are several hospitals in Turkey that perform hair transplants. Most of the agencies (agencies) operating in DaMo have been collecting medical staff working independently in private facilities, not in formal hospitals, until recently, and all were justified under tacit approval and no one complained. However, from anyone's perspective among the many agencies, there was an opinion that our DaMo members would undergo the procedure in a cleaner and safer environment, and I am grateful that you worked so hard. There was an opinion that it should search for places officially named hospitals rather than private buildings such as regular houses and have them treated within the hospital, and that was put into practice. And to do so, expenses that need to be spent renting a certain place in the hospital were also added, and the expenses were naturally considered to have to be paid to use the facilities. And those additional expenses were included in our operating expenses who wanted to undergo surgery. The agency that brokers it doesn't feel any bleeding. The extra cost of simply choosing a place in the hospital is simple if we pay for it. In any case, it is true that hair transplantation must be performed in hospitals now approved by Turkish Medical Law, so it is necessary for the safety of our DaMo members.
But, by the way, there's not much more added service or benefit to those of us who actually get the procedure in there. We may have one famous doctor by our side who looks into our operations once in a while, but the medical staff responsible for more than 90% of the surgeries remain the same, and we have to pay a substantial fee. It's natural to pay for high-staff services. However, the service we receive is similar, but the cost we have to add to the cost of the place and environment for the surgery is enormous. And if the surgery goes wrong, it will be 100% responsible for the reoperation, and the agency that arranged it advertises that the total cost of the operation will be covered, but there is no standard for failure that clearly suggests that it is 100% responsible. Then, even if we say this is a failure, it is enough to say that this is not a failure on that side. This is... I felt during this surgery, all other businesses can be 100% refunded and responsible, but human surgery is absolutely impossible. It's like an object. You can change it to something else, but if you don't even have a hair to pull out anymore, and you use all the materials you have and you fail, how can you re-operate again. Don't you think you need ingredients to plant it. And who wants to go to that faraway Turkey for a possible reoperation and try not to plant as much as they can in surgery? Why don't you try to plant as much as you can while you're here. Who would step up to this far Turkey next time if they took the expensive surgery costs, expenses, and time to perform a second operation again in this faraway Turkey. In my case, I have hereditary hair loss, so even if I get a hair transplant now, the part where the hair loss progresses later will fall out more. Nevertheless, it is for the same reason as above that I tried to finish with this one time. In addition, the surgical site was also operated in a way that predicted the part where the hair loss would proceed in advance and was densely embedded.
And there's an agency that offers occasional discounts, which is welcome to our DaMo members, but they've actually been giving us more and more surgery than they've been giving us You'll see. Since we have benefited more, we can put down what we have been receiving for a while and promote it, and we can also increase the double effect of attracting many members. Therefore, to conclude, regardless of which agency (agent) performs the surgery, the surgery fee paid to the Turkish medical staff will frankly be less than KRW 4 million, regardless of the large and small number of hair follicles (4,000 to 10,000 hair follicles), and the actual price difference varies greatly due to the fee paid to each agency. Of course, other options (stay, travel, guide) also play a role in the price increase. However, when it is carried out in a package format, each agency, local accommodation, and other options are well connected to each other at a discount, so the actual cost will be lower than that of our individuals going, eating, sleeping, and traveling. If you think about this and that, it gives you a headache, so many members just have to think about it as follows.

Aha! My surgery fee is about 4 million won, and the labor cost to the agencies (agencies) who saved my confidence is 1 to 1.5 million won, and all the expenses that go in from then on go in if I do it, and if I don't, I don't.. It's simple when you think about it.
If you waste about 1.2 million won by plane, you will be able to save money by swimming in the sea. If you don't want to pay for a taxi to get to the accommodation after arriving at the airport, you can walk to the accommodation only until the surgery time the next morning. If you don't want to pay for your accommodation, you can take a tent and sleep in front of the hospital. If you don't want to pay for your meal, you can refuse to eat. If you don't want to pay for your trip, you can just say that it's convenient to meditate in your room.

I'm confident that if I want to spend about 6 million won to transplant this much of my surgery in Turkey in Korea, it will have to exceed 28 million won to 30 million won. As far as I've done the procedure in Korea, yes. Sometimes some people say that there are many places in Korea that are good at surgery, and they are right. It's all true. I know the result is also good. It is my conclusion that hair transplant surgery in Korea has to cost eight times more expensive than overseas in order to produce the same hair transplant result.
