I don't think alcohol and cigarettes affect hair loss, but I'm planning to reduce it like you said, "Talmoda Ciang".
I was worried a lot because it was my first surgery, but I'm relieved to hear that I can see more than 2,500 hairs. After the operation, I felt very good looking dense, but I can't help but worry about it as time goes by.
