I sleep 7 to 8 hours a day
After a month of transplantation, we resume taking Pina-based copy drugs, and apply 5% 2mg of Mynoxil every evening to the transplant site, top of the head, and both sides.
I wear a baseball cap every day, and I do aerobic + simple muscle exercises at the gym about 2-3 times a week.
