Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Day 2 [Supplies: Hair tongs (M-shaped transplant), neck pillows, and hand ties (sports band)] I had a hair transplant on the M-shaped part of my forehead, so I put the top of my head up and fixed it with tongs. You can always think of it as having your forehead exposed. I kept peeling it because I had to spray it every 30 minutes to 1 hour. I felt very sorry for my family eating together..
I slept sitting down because I also had a transplant on the side of the upper part of the gouretnaru. The hospital also recommended it. I sit and sleep until day 10 so that I don't affect my precious transplant after struggling for nothing. I slept with a pillow and a blanket that would support my back against the wall, and a neck pillow. If you don't wear a neck pillow, you have to lean on the back of your head. I think Mokbaege is essential because it still tingles.
I have a trivial patience to scratch unconditionally when itches. So I slept with my hands tied with a sports band. The transplant is itchy a little bit. There was a time when I touched my hand unconsciously, but I took my hand off in surprise as if it were burned. Habits are scary. It's more dull in my sleep. Make sure to tie your hands and sleep tight.
Day 3 [Preps: hair clamps (M-shaped transplant), neck pillows, hand ties (sports band)] I get used to sitting down and sleeping a little bit. Before that, I cut my buttocks and woke up in the middle because my back hurt. Slowly, comfortable posture and skills to sleep while sitting start to increase.
On the third day, I go to the hospital to get shampoo. This is the 4th visit following counseling, blood tests, and surgery. Listen to the precautions when shampooing until the 10th day, and schedule the next reservation day. The next reservation is around day 14 and it's a visit for scalp scaling and care.
The back of the head is clumped by ointment, and the bangs are kept fixed with tongs, so it's not a good condition to go out. For me, who is always conscious of other people's eyes, I put my bangs down as much as possible. But it wasn't covered, but I couldn't help it. I covered the back of my hair with a long padded hood. It was a car-free school, so I didn't walk around, but I took a taxi.
Shampoo hurts. It hurt more than I thought.. The employee didn't shampoo hard because it wasn't his hair. When I wash it alone later, it hurts, so I cried and wash it. The shampoo method is not difficult, so you don't have to worry in advance.
I used up all the fresh spray provided by the hospital on this day. I bought it separately and didn't spray it. To be honest, I couldn't be bothered to spray it.
Day 4-6 [Supplies: Itch Relief Medicine] I was at home until day 6. I didn't want to go to work until the 10th, but I didn't have the ability to not go to work.
I always took a shower once a day while I was at home and washed my hair. Other than that, I never touched it, and I put my bangs up and fixed them with tongs on the first to third days in case the bangs that I put down affect the transplant.
Sleep is the same. I slept sitting down, and I tied my hands. The degree of itchiness begins to itch a lot little by little. Gradually, the transplant begins to sit yellow. I was worried about inflammation because the wound was easily festering, but it was all a scab. Whether it was a transplant or a ball, the wound began to heal, and I felt my body recovering from it being itchy, so the itching felt good.
I avoided eating only spicy food.
Day 7-13 [Supplies: Itchy relief medicine] I went to work. Hhh I don't usually get itchy, but I get itchy like crazy when I sleep. Now that I think about it, I think the itchiness was severe when I slept from the 5th day. I scratched it when I slept on day 7.. I untied all my tied hands in my sleep like a Hulk. Eventually, one hair follicle in the scratch bled out. It didn't fall off, but it hurt so much. As soon as I got off work on this day, I bought a medicine that relieves itching. I lost the cow and fixed the barn. I lost my hair, and my mood plummeted. Please make sure to buy it in advance.
I put a picture on the back of my hair, so you can refer to it. My hair is thin overall, so the back of my hair is not completely covered. It was obvious even if it was a little bright or moved. I bought a black bang wig from Daiso and added it to the back of my head. The price is about 2,000 won per unit. The wool and color show a lot in the picture. But if you look at it in real life, it's a good idea.
If you feel sick or pulled when attaching a wig on the back of your head, you put it on incorrectly. If you look at the direction of the clip carefully and consider the direction to attach it, it won't hurt even if you wear it all day. Until the second day of attaching the wig, I was sick and had a hard time. From day 3, I got the hang of it, so it doesn't hurt at all and I attached it solidly enough that I didn't have to touch it all day.
No one else is more interested in me than I thought. I don't know anyone who can't help but intuit the back of my head while sitting in the office. One wig doesn't seem to cover everything, so I covered it with three from the second day of work. The hair on the back is definitely stretched, but people don't know. I just say that it's time to go to the hair salon because my hair looks long.
I tried to cover my bangs as much as possible. As the owner of flimsy bangs, I was worried that I would see the implant when the wind blew and usually. I couldn't even spray it and fix it, so I just looked in the mirror as often as possible and organized my hair. I tried not to touch the transplant when I had my bangs down. As expected, I was not caught by people in this cold-hearted company who didn't pay much attention to me.
On the 10th day, I did fingerprint shampoo. I didn't think of forcibly removing dead skin cells and scabs from the transplant. I thought it would fall off naturally over time, so I shampooed it gently. In the meantime, I lost some strands, but I didn't worry too much. Because when I've already scratched and seen blood, I've seen the post that if the storm search doesn't bleed, the hair follicles haven't been eliminated.
Rather, I hope that the dark age will come soon and all the transplants will fall out. My forehead is exposed when the wind blows, and I'm ashamed that it seems to spread the news of hair transplantation.
Day 14 back hair wigs are no longer worn. My hair, which was cut short with a line cut, grew darkly and well. It feels like the transplant has grown that much.
On day 14, I visited the hospital for scalp scaling and care (5th visit). I use a machine using magnetic field and a machine called SmartLux.
I don't know the name of the machine that uses magnetic fields. I think I've heard of inflammation relief or hair flow stimulation, but I'm not sure. I'll ask you in detail next time. When you sit in a chair, position this machine to fit your head. You just have to sit there for 12 minutes. It is said that you should keep your phone away because you use a magnetic field. It would be great if you could bring a book to read. I do give you magazines.
The machine called SmartLux lasts for 30 minutes. It's a machine that uses strong light, so you have to wear an eye patch. When I closed my eyes, I slept sitting down because of my sleep. So I'm not sure if I got it right because I banged my head here and there. SmartLux says that when strong light is shot at the scalp, mitochondria in cells absorb light and activate energy. As a result, cells are activated, regenerate, and affect blood circulation.
And I had to get scalp scaling, but the scaling manager was sick and was absent. That's why I have to visit again next week. I don't know who it is, but my heart hurt because you said it hurt. Also, it's not that I'm hurt because I'm lazy to visit. Rather, you can use the machine that has a good effect on the scalp one more time, so you'll think it's a dog benefit.
But on the day of writing, COVID-19 was confirmed. It may be psychological, but I feel like my existing hair is losing more than usual. Life is bitter.
I have a lot of worries, so I'm not just touching the transplant or shampooing hard yet. I still wash my hair with lukewarm water under low pressure when I shampoo my transplant, and I also use cold air when I dry my hair. It's too much, but I'm only going to do this until a month after the transplant. This is how I feel at ease.
I hope my TMI will help any one person a little bit. Thank you for reading the long article.
