It was so hard to go to Seoul. So I always looked for a place close to me first.
I also got counseling in Busan about two of the famous places for hair transplants, and I went to three places, including Mammoth, which was recently created. I looked into hospitals that only have nasal incision to make it absolutely non-cut. I was thinking about it and decided to do the surgery at Mammoth. First of all, I liked it because the director consulted in detail for more than 30 minutes. It was the second surgery, so I asked a lot about this and that because it was the last surgery, but they answered everything kindly.
After designing the forehead line, I was able to trust the hair follicle number I needed because it was accurately calculated and told me. I like the design and I think it looks pretty after planting it. It's been about 20 days, so I don't have any pain or itching. I was going to leave a review right after the surgery, but it wasn't easy.
So I'm leaving a review after the second week's progress report.
I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
It hasn't been long since the surgery, so I don't know any noticeable changes. Still, as the director said, I believe it will be abundant if you take care of it step by step and wait. I hope it can be a little bit of reference to those who are worried like me.
