Hair loss is not in progress, but a transplant for the purpose of correcting a wide forehead and hairline
It was supposed to be a 4,500 hair incision, but the director said he planted 5,500 hair!
As the number of hair follicles collected is large, the incision area has widened. Even on the 10th day of surgery, the discomfort in the back of the head has not yet disappeared, and the back neck is very tight.

안녕하세요.
벌써 모발이식 후 2일차가 되었습니다. 기억이 사라지기 전에 얼른 자세한 후기를 써보도록 할게요.
모발이식을 고민하게 된 건 넓은 이마와 깊은 M자 때문이였습니다. 제 남자친구도 동일한 고민으로 3년 전 쯤 절개로 모발이식 수술을 받았는데, 뒷머리를 보니까 하얀 줄이 눈에 띄더라고요. 무엇보다 제가 켈로이드 피부에 살성도 안 좋아서(이전에 복강경 수술 후 봉합 부위가 여러 번 터지기도 했습니다) 절개 방식은 꺼려졌습니다.
비절개보다 절개가 싸긴 하지만 장기적으로 봤을 때 흉터 때문에 후회하게 될 수도 있겠다 싶어서 비절개로 해야겠다고 결심하고 비절개 전문인 압구정 맘모스에서 진행하게 되었습니다.

수술 전 문의 사항이 있어 카톡이나 전화로 연락 드릴 때마다 친절하고 자세하게 답변해주셔서 수술일까지 마음 편히 지낼 수 있었습니다.
아래 후기는 많은 분들이 궁금해 하실 것 같은(사실 제가 후기를 찾아보며 궁금했던 부분들입니다) 수술 당일의 자세한 내용을 솔직하고 꼼꼼히 적어보았습니다. 나름의 팁도 같이 적어보았으니 긴 글이지만 유용하실 거에요.
[수술 당일 아침]
전날 카톡으로 알려주신 수술 당일 유의사항을 참고하여 병원에 갔습니다. (수술 당일 아침 머리 감기, 탈의가 편한 옷 입기, 헤어 제품 사용하지 않기 등)
잔금 결제 후 직원분께서 대기실로 안내해주시며 긴장 많이 되시는지, 이따가 비가 온다는데 우산은 갖고 오셨는지 등등 이런 저런 얘기를 해주시며 긴장을 풀어주셨습니다.
수술 후 복용 약으로 진통제와 항히스타민제를 처방해 주시는데 카드만 맡겨드리면 약국에 대신 다녀와주셔서 편했어요.
수술 들어가기 전 음료도 제공해주시고, 채취 후 점심도 준비해주신다고 하셔서 전용 메뉴판을 보고 음료와 메뉴를 골랐습니다.
대기실에서 옷을 갈아입으면 음료와 쿠키를 세팅해주십니다. 긴장해서 입이 바싹 말랐었는데 물도 먹고 당도 충전하니 좀 낫더라고요. 그 후 혈압을 재고 수술실로 들어갔습니다.
* 수술 시 후드집업을 입고 가시는 것을 추천드립니다. 갈아입기도 편하고 귀가 시 비니도 가릴 수 있어서 좋았어요.
[디자인]
수술 전 원장님과 디자인을 합니다.
제 키만한 전신거울을 두고 이마 라인만 잡는 게 아니라 전체적으로 비율이 어떤지, 대칭이 맞는지, 더 보강할 부분이 있는지 꼼꼼히 체크하며 디자인을 한 뒤 사진을 찍었습니다.
중앙에 있는 머리카락(브이자 모양)과 잔머리는 유지하기로 한 후 보라색, 초록색, 빨간색으로 최종 디자인을 그려주셨는데 헤어라인과 경계부에 따라 모가 1개 있는 모낭과, 모가 2개/3개 있는 모낭을 구분하여 이식한다고 하셨습니다.
헤어라인은 자연스러워야 하니 1개, 깊이 들어갈 수록 밀도가 있어야 하니 2개/3개 위주로 이식이 진행되었습니다.
[웃음가스 마취]
수술대에 엎드려서 뒷 머리 줄삭발을 한 후 똑바로 누워서 안대로 눈을 덮으면 마취 호스를 입에 넣어주십니다.
원장님께서 천천히 들이마시면서 점점 술 취한 느낌이 나면 마취가 된 거라고 하셨는데, 처음에는 이게 마취가 되는 게 맞나 싶다가 이내 술을 많이 마신 것처럼 온 몸이 얼얼해졌습니다.
어지러워서 토할 것 같은 느낌은 아니고, 긴장이 완화되고 감각도 무뎌지는 느낌이 들었습니다. 그 때 손을 살짝 들면 원장님께서 국소마취를 해주시는데 이 때 살짝 따끔해요. 하지만 보톡스 맞는 것보다 덜 아픈 정도의 통증이라 참을만 했고, 국소마취 중에도 계속 웃음가스를 들이마셔서 괜찮았습니다.
이후로는 호스를 떼고 국소마취된 채로 수술이 진행됐는데, 웃음가스 마취는 금방(약 1분 만에) 깨서 몸에 무리가 안 가는 것 같아 좋았습니다.
[슬릿]
슬릿을 하는데 정말 통증이 하나도 없었습니다. 머리에 손을 얹으시는 느낌만 나고, 찌르는 느낌도 없고, 아예 통증이 없었어요. 이렇게 안 아파도 되나 싶을 정도였습니다.
최첨단 장비인 건 상담 시 설명해주셔서 알고 있었는데 슬릿 갯수를 세주는 기계도 있는지 숫자를 말해주는 기계음도 들리더라고요. 너무 신기했습니다.
수술대 높이와 각도를 조절하시며 세심하게 진행해주셨고, 슬릿은 금방 끝났습니다. 1000개 넘는 슬릿을 빠르고 정교하게 해주신 것을 보고 역시 베테랑이시구나 했습니다.
슬릿 후에도 라인이 괜찮은지, 잘 됐는지 한 번 더 확인을 하시는데 멀리서도 보시고 가까이서도 보시면서 꼼꼼히 확인해 주셨습니다.

[채취]
슬릿이 끝나고 화장실에 다녀온 후 대기실에서 잠시 쉬다가 채취를 시작했습니다.
채취 전에도 웃음가스 마취 후 국소마취를 합니다. 웃음가스 마취는 슬릿 전에 한 번 해봐서 수월했고, 국소마취는 이식 부위보다 채취 부위가 조금 더 따끔했습니다.
채취를 할 때는 엎드려 있어야 하기도 하고 얼굴도 눌려서 슬릿보다는 힘들었지만 통증은 아예 없었습니다. 기계 소리만 중간중간 들리고, 기구가 두피를 뚫고 들어가는 느낌도 안 나요. 그냥 기구가 닿았다가 떨어지는 느낌이 반복됩니다.
어느 순간 눈을 떠보니 자고 있는 제 자신을 발견했습니다. 푹 자고 일어났을 뿐인데 채취가 끝나있어서 좋았어요.
* 국소마취가 너무 따끔할 때는 웃음가스를 천천히 깊이 들이마시는 것을 추천드립니다. 심호흡도 되고 마취도 되고 일석이조입니다.
[점심식사]
채취 후 대기실로 들어가니 아침에 말씀드렸던 메뉴가 세팅되어 있었습니다.
점심을 맛있게 먹은 후 대기실에 놓아주신 일회용 치약 칫솔 세트로 양치도 야무지게 했는데, 화장실 갈 때 혹시라도 다른 사람과 마주칠까봐 조심스러웠지만 누구와도 마주치지 않았습니다.
그리고 왔다갔다 할 때 직원분이 응대도 꼼꼼히 해주셔서 마음이 편안했어요.
[이식]
이식 전에는 따로 웃음가스 마취를 하지 않습니다. 이미 국소마취가 충분히 들어가 있기도 하고, 원장님께서 제 통증 정도를 수시로 확인하시며 국소마취를 추가로 해주셔서 웃음가스가 필요하지 않았어요.
이식 또한 통증이 전혀 없었습니다. 제가 통증에 무딘 편도 아닌데 정말 하나도 아프지 않고 원장님 손이 닿는 것만 느껴졌습니다. 어떻게 이렇게 안 아프게 빨리 진행하실 수 있는 건지 참 신기했습니다.
이식 때도 마찬가지로 수술대 높이와 각도를 여러 번 조절하시며 수술해주십니다. 그냥 가만히 누워있기만 하면 끝나요. 이런 수술이라면 한 번 더 받을 수 있다는 생각이 들 정도입니다.
그리고 이식을 완전히 끝내시기 전에 한 번 더 전체적으로 꼼꼼히 확인해주십니다.
[마무리]
수술이 끝나면 거울을 보여주시는데, 개구리알도 없고 이식도 잘 된 것 같아서 기분이 좋았습니다.
얼굴과 이마가 좀 부어있긴 했지만 수술 직후라 어쩔 수 없다고 생각했습니다.
대기실로 이동하기 전 이식 부위와 채취 부위에 연고를 바르고 래핑을 한 뒤 붕대를 감은 후 검은색 비니를 씌워주셨고,
귀가 전 직원분께서 커다란 쇼핑백 안에 목베개와 샴푸, 스프레이, 워런티카드 등을 설명해주셨습니다.
다 끝나고 나니 조금 어지러웠어요. 마취 기운 때문인지 머리가 무거운 느낌이 들었는데 심하지는 않아서 지하철 타고 집에 무사히 갔습니다.
마취가 풀리면 통증이 느껴질까 걱정되기도 했는데 저는 진통제도 복용하지 않았을 정도로 통증도 없었고, 가려움도 없어서 항히스타민제도 복용하지 않은 채로 잘 수 있었습니다.
자는 도중에 비니가 답답해 자다깨다를 반복해서 잠을 완전히 푹 자지는 못 했습니다.
그래도 통증이나 가려움 때문에 불편한 건 없었어요.
[요약]
1. 통증이 심하지 않다.
: 수술 시 통증은 전혀 없고, 국소 마취 시 따끔하긴 했지만 저에게는 보톡스 주사바늘 정도의 통증이였습니다.
2. 수술은 대체적으로 편안하나 채취가 가장 힘들다.
: 얼굴이 눌린 채로 1시간 넘게 있어야 하기 때문입니다.
3. 수술 후 2주 동안 해야 하는 샴푸 방법은 생각보다 어렵지 않다.
: 수술 다음 날 샴푸 방법을 배우고 오늘 처음 샴푸를 직접 해보았는데 걱정했던 것보다 수월했습니다.
4. 앞머리가 있을 경우 수술한 티가 안 난다.
: 머리를 빗다가 이식 부위를 건드리게 될까봐 앞머리를 옆으로 넘겼는데도 티가 안 납니다. 채취부위도 뒷머리에 덮여 있어 티가 안 나구요.
후기를 마치며,
긴 시간 동안 애써주신 남다우 원장님과 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
저는 그저 가만히 있었지만 원장님과 직원분들은 쉬지 않고 움직이셨고, 그 와중에도 제가 불편하거나 아프진 않은지 세심하게 배려해주셨습니다.
원장님을 비롯한 모든 직원분들이 저 한 명을 굉장히 디테일하게 신경써주시고 있다는 게 느껴졌어요. 우리나라에서 가장 비싸고 제일 잘하는 곳인만큼 맘모스에서 수술 받길 잘했다는 생각이 많이 들었습니다.

I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine.
