It is very common to have pouts on the transplant site after surgery, so there is no problem at all.
There is no reason why your hair doesn't grow because of this, so you don't have to worry.
Of course, if you have seborrheic skin, it can be a little worse, but it's all gone within a few months of surgery and you get new hair.
In other words, it is a natural process in which hair follicles remaining in the scalp fall out during the post-transplant healing process, but sebum secreted from the surviving sebaceous glands comes out and pouts occur.
This pimple is a bit annoying, but if you just keep it clean so you don't get infected, the head you planted on the spot will come back.
So wash your hair well about twice a day and wipe the area frequently with alcohol to moisturize your skin.
