The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different... I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason. The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure. It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know.. So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ And I had my hair cut on the 12th day.
