Until the 5th day of surgery, blood and pus came out on the occipital part when I slept, so I slept on a towel, and I wore a neck pillow and tied my hands with a towel. I have a habit of sleeping sideways when I sleep, so it's not easy to sleep straight. I woke up every 3-4 hours, and later I got used to it

After the 5th day, it was a little uncomfortable to keep falling because of the skin on the occipital region, and after about a week, all the transplant and collection sites were labeled, so there was no difficulty.

Shampooing was difficult only on the first day, and I got the hang of it. Then I put shampoo on top of it, shampoo the collection area and the existing hair, shower and brush the rest of my body, rinse my hair, wash my hair, and dry my hair for a long time

I used the spray in a week, and after that, I bought physiological saline, but I rarely used it I was a bit worried yesterday when I went to get a ticket, but I was glad that it came off better than I was worried

Now that two weeks have passed and I'm trying to live my daily life, I'm going to wear a hat for about a month, although I feel a bit uncomfortable with my eyes.
I don't usually smoke, but it was a shame that drinking and intense exercise were limited, but now I can live a normal life
