On a snowy day, I visited the Mo Woo-rim clinic for the first time, and I decided on the location of the surgery after seeing the counseling manager who was so kind and the CEO who clearly told me the essence.
Of course, many of the surgical reviews I read before my visit and the hair transplant experience of acquaintances around me seem to have become the standard for deciding the hospital. And since I'm an office worker who can't take much time off, the most important thing was whether surgery was possible during the holiday season.
After the decision to operate, I thought a lot about the type of anesthesia. I was very scared of sleep anesthesia all time, so I only took sleep anesthesia during collection and local anesthesia, and when transplanted, I took local anesthesia. After surgery, the incision was pulled and the transplant felt swollen overall, but there was no unexpectedly large pain on the day of surgery.
Still, for 2-3 days after surgery, if there is a pull in the incision when sleeping and the transplant area cannot be covered with other heads, red pigmentation may be seen, so it would be better to operate when you can take a few days off.
And most of all, make sure to have a neck pillow before surgery.
I don't think I would have slept well without a neck pillow. I slept careful not to touch the incision directly.

I couldn't see anything like a piggyback with my naked eyes, and I think it fell off naturally while shampooing.
The redness is still clearly visible. Especially if you have lighter skin like me, it makes your skin look more prominent lol
Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
