About four months have passed since the hair transplant on March 25th.

It's not easy to go all the way to Seoul because I live in a rural area
It's not boring because I thought it was a vacation

Maybe it's because he's satisfied with the results of the surgery,
Maybe it's because I want to come to the hospital quickly and hear from the director that the results are good,
I was excited,

I think I took care of myself after the surgery.
I paid a lot of money for the surgery, so I took care of it myself to pay for it

1, I always took the medicine at a fixed time, like taking nutritional supplements. (There were many days when I didn't eat it in the past.)
2, I worked out consistently (3-4 times a week) (to get rid of waste by sweating)
3, I always washed my hair before I went to bed
4, I stopped eating flour for about a month. (It worked well)

One thing I couldn't keep is to sleep early, but this is hard,,
Anyway, I took care of my hair because I have to protect it.

Still, what's a little disappointing is that the growth of both sides is a little different.
I don't know the reason for this, so I'll have to wait and see.

I'm doing my best to take care of my hair, so my hair will understand how I feel! Hahaha

I visited the hospital and met with the director and heard about it.

I was rather satisfied, but he said I was less grown,
In the 4th month, to pay for the long distance when I come to the hospital, even if I pay my own money
I wanted to get scalp care.
But after consulting with the doctor, he went into the scalp care room and provided scalp care as a service!
It was cooler than usual and the massage was cool and just nice!

When I go home, I use shampoo that I gave as a gift for Christmas last year
They gave it to me as a gift I've been using it really well.

I have to visit again in the next 7 months, and I'm so curious how it would have changed by then
Until then, we will take good care of ourselves like we have now and show you a good appearance.
