Hello, I'm writing a review on my 19th day of hair transplantation. I hope my reviews will help you a little bit! ^^

I should have visited you in the second week, but suddenly something came up, so I visited the hospital on the 19th. Time seems to have gone really slow during this most important time..ㅠ I was uncomfortable because I couldn't close my hair and it was so hard to see the visible dead skin cells..Haha, but I think he said he was managing it in his own way as it's an important time. The contents of my management are as follows.

- Alcohol, cigarettes, X
- 1 hour interval of fresh spray until day 3
- Up to a week, you tie your hands when you sleep (right hand-right foot, left hand-left foot)
- Health break (I like fitness, but I'm going to take a break for up to 1 month)
- Avoid head-down situations as much as possible
- Don't touch the transplant area when you wash your hair and dry it
- T-shirts, shirts
- Don't wear a hat
- Eat well and take nutritional supplements (I didn't take multivitamins, omega-3, pantomona, zinc & magnesium // maca, arginine, or creatine during birth.)

On the 12th day, I was surprised that my hair fell out while removing dead skin cells from my head, so I searched the cafe right awayLol.. Fortunately, it wasn't a hair follicle, and my boss showed me a picture of the hair follicle and told me not to worry that it doesn't come out as easily as I thought. Many other people seemed to be worried about this, but I think you can relax a little bit. But still, I don't think it would be good to scratch the transplant for two weeks.

He visited the hospital and received scalp care, and he said it was well-worn and now he can wash his hair comfortably. In fact, I was going to wash it carefully until a month, but rather, I heard that if I don't wash it carefully, I can develop folliculitis, so I'm going to wash it as usual from now on. And now I think the dark ages are waiting for me..I think I need to watch while taking care of my mental health. Thank you for reading my shortcomings and I will post a review again after 4 months.
