[Counseling and choosing a hospital]

I had a slightly m-shaped forehead from a long time ago, but as I was in my 30s and 40s, my worries began to deepen as I saw it gradually deepened into a capital M-shape. When I asked people around me, I was surprised to find that there were quite a few acquaintances who had already been taking medicine, and I thought, "Should I start taking medicine now?" but I didn't think the already smooth M-shaped part would grow back after taking medicine, so I quickly joined Daemo and started searching hard for reviews.

After looking at the reviews of the procedure for several weeks, I was jealous, so I decided to set up two counseling dates, including Apgujeong Mammoth, with the thought that I would just get some counseling. At the time of the consultation reservation, I didn't know what hair transplantation was like, so I thought about getting a sense of it and thinking more about what to do in the future.

I booked two consultations in a row on the day of the consultation, and when I went to the first hospital, I liked it so much that I thought it would be worth doing something. (Honestly, Mammoth is thinking about whether to get a consultation because of the price burden, but let's just go and listen to it...). And two hours later, I left the mammoth with a Patient Guide Book booklet with precautions until the scheduled surgery date a month later. In fact, I think there were two major things that made it easy for me to make such a big decision after only thinking about a few days of choosing a Netflix series.

1. consultation with the director
 - Above all, I trusted Seok Ji-woong because he conducted counseling in considerable detail and meticulous manner for about an hour. In addition to the basic theoretical explanation (you can explain in detail by showing me your blog posts), the direction of hair growth/parting of the part to be transplanted, and the expected situation after the transplant and the condition of the hair in the back were explained to me that I would transplant them. I think I was able to make a decision easily when I saw you ask me more questions than I asked me about the changes I expected most after the surgery, how I was going to change my hairstyle, and what I was worried about. I've been to a few men's hair restaurants on Instagram because of my hairstyle, and I thought that they were all great, but how much I liked the result was ultimately determined by how well I understood my condition in advance and styled it according to my condition.     

2. hospital details
 - What I felt while receiving counseling was that the hospital paid a lot of attention to the details to create a comfortable atmosphere as much as possible. Above all, it may be trivial, from being able to receive full consultation alone at the hospital on counseling days, to having my name already printed in the consultation questionnaire, but I thought that these parts would be comfortable and detailed not only on the day of surgery but also on the schedule of continuous postoperative consultation visits.


[On the day of surgery]

On the day of surgery, the design was confirmed - slit - (lunch) - collected - transplanted.

Looking at the reviews of the surgery, the most worrisome thing was the pain of anesthesia, followed by the discomfort of the posture when collecting, but in reality, collecting seems to have been more difficult than anesthesia.

The anesthesia at the transplant site was slightly stinging, and the anesthesia at the back of the head was stinging for 2-3 seconds, but it was tolerable with frowning. I haven't been sick since the anesthesia, and my doctor constantly asked me if I was okay with the surgery, so whenever I felt like the anesthesia was relieved, I was able to move on more easily than I was concerned. (However, I was a little scared of the square sound when I was doing the slit.)

For lunch, you could choose between lunch box/salad/gimbap, but I chose a simple gimbap and ate the pork cheese gimbap recommended by the manager, and it was much better than I thought, so I'm going to order it to Coupang Eats laterHaha

Rather, the collection time, which I thought was easy, was the hardest. stay on one's stomach for about an hour and a half It was fine until 30 minutes, but after about an hour, my face/neck began to cut, and I was able to finish it safely as I thought about the work issues that happened before the procedure..Haha

Perhaps because it was difficult to collect it lying down, the transplant proceeded very easily. The part where the anesthesia was released after the slit was checked again by the doctor, and I think it was because my body and mind were at the last stage, so I think I got a transplant in a semi-sleep state. As the number of hair follicles remaining has decreased to less than 100, I think I felt something more regret than the relief that it was ending. When there were about 2 to 30 hair follicles left, I sat in a regular position, checked the hairline again, and then supplemented/finished the surgery.

Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Director Seok Ji-woong, Head of Department, nurses, and scalp care workers, and I hope it will help those who are worried about hair transplantation.
