2. Selection and design of surgical method - If we do non-intersecting from the beginning, we have to do non-intersecting if we transplant hair in the second stage. In that case, it is often said that there is not enough hair, and if we transplant mass hair (6,000 mother + @/600 mid), we thought of doing more later and proceeded with an incision. To be honest, for the design, I thought about setting it at 8.5cm and lowering it a little more, but since it's a surgery that fills all the m-shaped and top of the head, I thought I couldn't give up the density because of my age, so I proceeded with it.
3. At the time of surgery - started in a comfortable atmosphere. I did the final finishing design, cut thin hair in front of m-shaped bangs (it was such a waste, but I gave up because the director said it would change even thinner in the future anyway) and laid down on the operating table.
- It didn't hurt at all when the incision was collected after sleep anesthesia. But it hurt more than I thought when I planted it. The director put me under anesthesia several times when I had a painful sensation, but I couldn't help but have a painful area. In the middle of the operation, the nurse kindly reassured me when I was away for a while and the director said he would help me tell me when I was sick, so it proceeded without pain after the middle of the operation. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
