1. Hospital selection
I visited three hospitals located in Seomyeon, Busan and received counseling in person. The cost ranged from 5 million won to 10 million won, and most of them recommended transplants around 3,000 hairs.
Among them, the biggest reason for choosing Mammoth Hairline was the transplantation method using minimal hair follicles. It was reasonable and reliable not to plant many hair follicles unconditionally, but to transplant only as much as necessary considering the density of existing hair.
Also, thanks to the kind and careful explanation of the director, I became more trusting than other hospitals.
2. a surgical procedure
On the day of the operation, I arrived at the hospital and proceeded with the design of the transplant site first. After that, he was guided by precautions during surgery and began anesthesia before the full-scale procedure.
In particular, thanks to the use of smile gas, I hardly felt the pain of the anesthetic injection, and I felt a little drunk, so I relaxed.
After anesthesia, the occipital follicles were collected while lying face down, and the transplant proceeded after a short break in the waiting room.
In the middle of the operation, the director said, "This operation is a surgery that shouldn't hurt," and told me to talk about it right away if I feel any discomfort, so I was able to have the operation in a more comfortable atmosphere.
After the surgery, I was briefed on the results and advised of precautions, and then I put on a bandage and went home.
3. the process of recovery

There was a little heavy pain as the anesthesia was lifted, but it was not severe. As the hospital explained, I refrained from moving as much as possible, being careful not to irritate my forehead.

I couldn't see anything like a piggyback with my naked eyes, and I think it fell off naturally while shampooing.
The redness is still clearly visible. Especially if you have lighter skin like me, it makes your skin look more prominent lol
Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
And I had my hair cut on the 12th day. I've been growing my hair since before the surgery, so it's gotten too messy after more than a month.
