Due to hereditary hair loss, hair loss has progressed little by little since my 20s.

After joining the company in my late 20s, I don't think I did much hair loss management except for paying a lot of money at the hair loss management center and receiving care once.

Since I got married in my early 30s, I raised my child, worked, and lived a hectic life, and by the late 30s, hair loss has progressed considerably in my bangs and top of my head.

In my early 40s, I went to the hospital, got counseling, and started taking hair loss medication (propesia monad).

I took it steadily for about five years, and it seemed to be maintaining the status quo, but before the hair transplant, I felt that my hair was gradually losing more.

In fact, I didn't take care of it other than taking hair loss medicine, so if I wanted to improve hair loss, it would have been my greed.

At the end of February this year, I had a conversation with my wife about hair transplantation, and since then, I have searched the Internet for hair transplantation hospitals.

The hospital that caught my eye at that time was Moat.

Since the top of my head was too empty, I thought it would be better to put more weight on the top of my head than on the front M-shaped part, but Moat seemed to be rumored to be a hospital specializing in the top of my head, so I called right away and set a consultation date.

My wife asked me to check out various hospitals and make a decision, but I just confirmed it as Moat on the day of consultation.

At first, I was going to take summer off and get surgery, but on the day of consultation, I just heard that the surgery date was empty for a day at the end of March, so I just fixed the surgery date to the end of March.

I wanted to shave my head because I'm an office worker, but it's a bit expensive, so I decided to shave my head two blocks. I was informed of the precautions before the surgery on the day of the consultation and deposited some of the reservation money.

I have a lot of gray hair, so I went to the hair salon the day before the surgery and dyed my hair black meticulously.

Finally, on the day of surgery, I wore a buttoned shirt to the hospital as stated in the precautions.

We arrived at 9:30 and took pictures before surgery, designed the transplant area, and shaved our heads two blocks at the side and back hair follicles collection area.

The surgery started at 10 a.m.

At first, anesthesia was performed at the surgical site.

When I was anesthetized, I didn't feel any pain because I tapped my head with a massage device and injected it.

The doctor told me to tell you if I was sick when collecting or transplanting, but I didn't feel uncomfortable because the anesthesia was good.

I performed the surgery in a total of three sessions.

1st : Rest after collection-transplant (lunch, beef mushroom porridge)

2nd round: Rest after collection-transplantation (about toilet use)

3rd : Collecting - End after transplantation

They told me not to move when collecting, so I should focus while watching Netflix.

During the 1st to 3rd sessions, I watched "I was tricked" until 6 times LOL;;

There was little pain in the collection, and I had to sit in a chair and keep my neck upright, so my neck was a little stiff and uncomfortable.

The collection was done sitting down, and the transplant was done lying down with the chair reclined.

I kept talking to the doctor and proceeded.

I heard that there are other hospitals that have sleep anesthesia, but I didn't feel any pain even if I had partial anesthesia for hair transplantation and collection, and in fact, I liked the fact that I kept talking to the doctor and proceeding with the surgery.

I don't remember exactly the number of nurses, but I also liked the fact that they played the role they played until five to six minutes were over, and I felt that it was a hospital with an optimized system for hair transplantation.

When collecting and transplanting, the nurse counted the number of follicles that were continuously collected and transplanted. Sometimes when there is a problem with the hair follicles that are transplanted, the doctor says "again," but it seems that they care about each one in detail.

The operation lasted quite a long time.

From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the doctor conducted all the anesthesia, collection, and transplantation procedures.

In fact, I thought that doctors and nurses would have been more difficult than me.

He also told me that my scalp was much harder than ordinary people, so it was quite difficult to operate.

I usually take pictures right after the surgery on the day of the surgery and go home, but since the surgery ended too late, I decided to take pictures the next day.

You wrapped your hair and covered it with a black beanie to prevent it from moving. He also gave me a neck pillow that prevents me from moving when I sleep.

Antibiotics for wounds in the collection transplant area, hair loss medicine (Dutasteride: You asked me to change from Propecia to Avodat, Minoxidil tablet) I got a prescription, went to the pharmacy, took the medicine, and came home.

There was no significant inconvenience in sleeping on the day of surgery.

I went back to the hospital the next morning, unpacked my wrap, washed my hair The collection site was a little hot. It's obvious that it's hurt...

(Actually, I was worried about what to do when I got home and got my hair done the next day, but after a day, it wasn't that hot.)

Dry my hair, and gave me a bucket hat that looked ugly when I came home, so I wore it and came home.

I was really careful until I got the ticket two weeks later. I put my hands down because I was afraid of scratching my head when I slept, but my hands were loosened while sleeping.

I accidentally hit the transplant a little bit once or twice, but it didn't seem to be a big problem.

He also sprayed the spray every 30 minutes, and even after using the spray, he added saline solution and sprayed it hard for about two weeks except for the time he was at work.

Anyway, I think I acted carefully according to the precautions guided by the hospital for two weeks, which is important for birth.

At first, I was a little afraid of surgery, but after experiencing it, it was much more difficult to manage it during the two-week birth period than the surgery.

If you are wondering if you should get a hair transplant, I would like to recommend you to take courage and get surgery.

And if possible, I recommend you to go to Moat, a hospital where the hair transplant system is systematically well established, and get counseling.

I don't think I'll know if the surgery is successful until a few more months later, but I'm trying to be patient. I have to learn a lot

I hope that you all become proud of yourself^^
