It was so stressful to see my scalp because the part of my hair looked especially empty. I thought about whether this would be an operation or not, and I had two consultations in Busan, and I had a lot of worries. My in-laws are in Busan, so I decided to stay and operate in Busan with the help of my in-laws.
Last week, I had surgery from Director Lee Seung-ki at Mammoth Hairline Hospital.
I operated on a nasal incision and took a follicle from the back of my head. After collection, hair follicles were planted one by one at the transplant site, and a total of 638 hair follicles were planted.
I looked in the mirror as soon as I was done, and I saw small red dots on the top of my head and hairline. It feels a little swollen, but overall, it was better than I thought. There was almost no blood, and it felt a little sore and I was craving it. But it's okay because it's all expected.

I was going to leave a review right after the surgery, but it wasn't easy.
So I'm leaving a review after the second week's progress report.
I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
It hasn't been long since the surgery, so I don't know any noticeable changes. Still, as the director said, I believe it will be abundant if you take care of it step by step and wait. I hope it can be a little bit of reference to those who are worried like me.
