01. surgical background
- I had a lot of hair, but my forehead was wide, so I wanted to have surgery for supplementary purposes
- It's been a complex for a long time, and I learned about a big hospital called Mojerim while watching a blog review and YouTube review video to finish it properly at once in consideration of cost burden and side effects
- Check the hospital, experience, and open content (blog, YouTube, online reviews, etc.) and complete the consultation appointment
02. Hospital Choice Instruments
- I prefer private hospitals to large ones
- Plastic Surgeons Have Over 15 Years of Female Hair Transplantation
- Residence of hair follicle separators, non-excision/incision/imma reduction are all possible
- Hope to receive surgical and postoperative care from the CEO from beginning to end (Other hospitals did not like the difference between consulting or checking the procedure if there are many teachers or if you quit.)
- Private environment (I didn't seem to manage my schedule tightly, and I felt completely focused on myself every time I visited, such as counseling/surgery + I liked it because I didn't meet other customers)
- Not a conservative approach, but a design tailored to customer needs (unlike the need to lower the height of the forehead, it was not a conservative approach such as filling the M-line, and I remember that you first asked what you wanted to improve and then designed it.)
- One building is a hospital, so it's easy to park
- It was also good that the counseling manager explained the operation method step by step from the eye level
- The name of the hospital was interesting, but the background and the image of the director from before counseling to after surgery were consistently good. (The calm and delicate appearance gave a positive impression, and I thought he cared a lot about not being seen in many ways even before and after surgery.)
03. Reason for choosing surgical method
- As an office worker, recovery was the most important thing, and if I get hurt or operated on, I tend to be relatively slow to recover
- I was a little hesitant because of the cost, but I thought it was the first and last surgery, and both incision and incision were possible, but it proceeded to non-intersection
- Usually, incisions are relatively inexpensive, have a lot of transplant parameters, or transplant into long hair, so if you prefer naturalness immediately after surgery, it seems to be recommended
- I thought a long recovery period would be longer and harder than a long surgery period, and I didn't like the visible scar even if I couldn't see the incision scar because I had long hair
04. Post-operative period (same day)
- Time: It takes about 6 hours and 30 minutes to arrive at the hospital and leave
- Anesthesia: Sleep anesthesia + local anesthesia in parallel (wake during surgery)
- Pain: The point I was worried about was pain during and after surgery, but there is little pain and it feels heavy? The most painful thing during surgery was the numbness or pressure in my hands, feet, legs, and back because I was in one position for a long time when I opened the tape on my hair
- During surgery, you can only hear the sound of the radio and the sound of working (pull, plant and spray) and it can be a bit boring
- After the transplant, it was clean without skin booger or defendant, and it felt a little heavy when I shampooed right after the operation and returned home
- Right after the surgery, I'm afraid I can't drive, so my guardian recommends me to pick me up or take a taxi
- After returning home, the larynx was lightly scratched without thinking, except that there was a drop of blood on the pillow tarp the next day
05. Post-operative period (from the same day to the 20th day)
- What was surprisingly difficult after the surgery was that my larynx was itchy, but it went well while taking Zirtec
- I was worried that shampoo would hurt after surgery, but I didn't feel any pain because I didn't feel it, and I didn't have any difficulties because I usually stood up and shampooed/shaved
- What I liked about what I prepared in advance: a foam container that makes liquid shampoo from Daiso into foam, a thin iron hairpin used at a hair salon (available at Olive Young, easy to filter and not touch transplant hair as the hairpin is thin because it is mixed with fine hair and transplant hair), a tail comb
- Put it on both sides of the hairpin so that transplant hair is visible until day 1-3 and spray it frequently
- I don't exercise until day 1-9 because it's the birth period, so I'm as careful as I can, I took black bean soy milk because I was worried it might help, I tied my hands because I was scratching them while sleeping or lying on my side, but I don't think I have to. (I tried to sleep in a regular position as much as possible, and now I sleep well in a regular position, it's one of the positive changes after surgery.)
- From day 8-9, dead skin cells began to appear and gradually decreased after fingerprint shaving from day 10
- Daily life from day 11 as before surgery (hot wind drying, curling iron, often wearing loose cap hats, etc.)
- Since the start of fingerprint shampooing, when you wake up after sleeping with laryngeal or transplant, you will see one or two hair loss without any noise
- If you cover your bangs well, you won't be able to see the implanted forehead line, side line, dead skin cells, etc
- TMI: If it's windy, it's recommended to wear a hood for a while. I can't take a shower with hot water during the birth period, so I think it'll be a little cold in winter
06. postoperative general evaluation
- I made up my mind because it takes a year to complete the final process, and I recommend surgery after consultation as soon as it is economically prepared
- As a scared person, I don't get sick and have a comfortable surgery, and I'm just looking at the final progress, so you don't have to worry!
- I don't prefer counseling that has no side effects or is too pushy, but I felt consistent and reliable from beginning to end, and I'm very satisfied with the results from surgery to now, so I'd like to recommend it
- Lastly, it is important to find the points that I really want to supplement before counseling and have a firm mind. (I wondered if my forehead was this wide because I lowered my forehead line a lot, but I think it's wide even if I lowered it, but I think I would have regretted it if I had compromised conservatively.)
- The price may feel a bit expensive by non-intersecting standards, but I even think it's reasonable to think that the surgery is done in one go, and that the teachers are focusing and spending all day after the surgery. (p.s. The director who performed the surgery pretty and tightly, I was very nervous when I lay on the operating table, but thank you to the nurses and counselors.)
