I live in Quebec, Canada. I was taking the medicine continuously, but the speed and amount of loss were reduced, but the range of hair loss did not decrease or improve significantly, so I decided to have surgery. I decided to go to Korea and get a hair transplant, but all I can do here is check it on the Internet, so my sister in Korea helped me a lot. 


I can't make a phone call, but I consulted with Novelline through Kakao Chat and Voice Talk, and I liked it, so I decided to go back to Korea and have a consultation. I returned to Korea for a while and received counseling from Director Baek Hyun-wook, and he explained it in detail and finished the consultation comfortably. I was going to return to Canada a month after the surgery, so I was at a loss about how to manage it later, but he said there was nothing to manage separately after 10 days, and he said he would stay in Korea for a month, so if there was no problem until then, the godfather would have no problem. If you feel uncomfortable after returning to Canada, I was relieved that you would contact the director directly through Kakao Talk without visiting the hospital. 


After counseling, I told the hospital because my sister was over 50 years old, but she was worried that she was going to have her own surgery. It may be a difficult situation, but the counselor said he would talk to my sister on the phone to explain it, and later asked her, and she said she was worried because the counselor kindly told her. I came back from the surgery well and it's been 5 months now. I lost a lot of my hair because of the dark age, but now I'm a little full. I don't think my recovery is that fast, so I'm a little nervous, but I'm waiting for it to get better after seeing the reviews of others who operated on Novline.
