After adjusting the length of the chair, I lay down for a while and waited, and the surgery began in earnest from 10:30 p.m.
Anaesthetic injections were placed throughout the occipital region and the sensation was checked, and additional anesthesia was reinforced in areas with remaining feeling. This process hurt a lot. However, after the anesthesia was sufficiently established, little pain was felt throughout the operation.
Hair collection and transplantation were divided into four sets, 700 to 1200 units. Each set took approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, and at the end of the set, the hair follicles were rearranged manually so that they were well positioned. The end of the second set was around 2:50 p.m., and after that, we had a leisurely meal for about an hour. I started the third set again around 3:50, when I was very relaxed.
