Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

I can write it in more detail, but so many people have posted it in more detail, so I'm going to emphasize what I felt more personally. For your information, I am a non-Korean resident.
[Surgery details] - It's an emza hair loss, so I lowered the emza reinforcement, temples, and forehead line. I don't know exactly, but from the snow assumption, it seems to have fallen by 2-3 centimeters.
- The estimate was 3,000 hair follicles and the collection was 3,000 hair follicles. No additional collection was made.
- 1 hair: 15%, 2 hair: 45%, 3/4 hair: 40% (They say the hair follicle is very good) - from the top to the front and sides, from the front to the top, to the top, both sides, and maybe on the 8th day after the scabbing.
If you don't need more details, you can just read up to here. There will be a lot of overlap.
[Schedule] It took about 17 hours to get to Turkey via Frankfurt, Germany. I will skip this part because the route is different from departing from Korea. The passport screening line may be long, so if you don't want to wait, you'd better take a quick step. When I left after the passport review, SebMac was waiting for me at a red sign and a Vodafone. I got off at around 6 p.m., but there's a lot of traffic from the airport to the hotel. And the Turks drive really rough. By comparison, Korea is nobleman. When you travel, you have to be careful of cars on the side of the road. I actually witnessed a quadruple crash in front of the hotel. To be honest, it was surprising that accidents didn't happen more often.
[Hotel] You can think of hotels as a two-star hotel in overseas travel destinations. It's not fancy, but it doesn't matter at all. There are many people who receive transplants through SebMek, so hotel staff are familiar with hair loss transplant patients from Korea. If you go to the restaurant and bring instant rice or cup noodles, you can return them to the microwave. Even if you ask for hot water for coffee or tea bags, they give it to you. I think it would be good manners to give tips from time to time, if not every time. I can hardly speak English except for one friend. Even the basic English we think is not working. It would be very helpful if you could take a simple translator or translation app. Since the Internet is on, you can communicate well with a smartphone. If it doesn't work, just say "Deniz" and call Deniz.
[Travel] I planned a day trip before the surgery. Fortunately, I met my younger brothers who arrived from Korea that morning and looked around Istanbul together. I traveled around the old town, and there were many historic and colorful buildings. However, there are some places that close early, so please check the opening time in advance. Taksim, which is called Myeong-dong in Istanbul, was crowded and lined with shops, but in fact, it was less attractive than the old city. You've already explained the information about the trip better, so I'll move on.
[Counseling] Denise will pick you up at the hotel at 7:45 a.m. and have a 30-minute consultation at the Yellow's team leader's office. Many people mentioned itThe Sipi Yellies team has an office and a surgical ward divided into different buildings. The operating room appears to be rented from a large hospital across the street. Counseling begins with the contents of the test and business affairs such as patient registration. Then, I have personal consultation with Team Leader Yelliz. I think the contents of the consultation will vary slightly depending on the individual. For me, I started by asking you to draw what kind of forehead line I think it is. After a little adjustment, when you decide on the forehead line, draw it again properly. The important thing here is that you should talk about all the lines you want without delay when consulting. Experts' opinions are important, but you don't have to follow them unconditionally. I think it would be best to reflect your intention ten minutes, but decide by combining the opinions of experts. All consultations will be conducted in Turkish and Deniz will translate.
[Surgery] After consultation, go to the hospital room across the street. And then it goes straight into shaving. It hurts unexpectedly when I shave my head. I scratch my scalp with barricades that don't work well, saying I need to shave it closely. As soon as you shave your head, you will be anesthetized at the collection site. Turn right, back, and left three times to anesthetize for about 5 minutes. I don't have any exaggeration, but anesthesia is very painful. But it's bearable for a Korean man. People who undergo surgery for a day have longer anesthesia. As soon as anesthesia is over, we will start collecting hair follicles. If the anesthesia is done well, it doesn't hurt at all. Actually, this process was the most convenient for me. When the collection is finished, the slit will be started. The slits are done by the head nurse. It's lunchtime when the slit is done. I'll take it off for lunch that Denise bought. I actually had surgery, so I didn't have a mouth and didn't want to keep the hair follicles collected frozen for a long time, so I took a few bites and lied on the operating table right away. After lunch for about 15 minutes, go to the bathroom once, and then get anesthetized again, almost similar to the collection area. And then it goes into the transplant. It's a race against time from here. Time really didn't go by. The transplant nurses talk to each other throughout the transplant, and sometimes sing and laugh. I think many of the people in the hotel felt a cultural difference in this part, but I actually didn't understand Turkish, but I heard something about the conversation, so I was less bored and relaxed when I got a transplant. I lived abroad, so I might have reacted ㅤly to this part. There were a lot of people who came from Korea who were in a bad mood. Anyway, after the long and long battle, all the surgeries are over and you come out with a bandage on your occipital area. I came out without a surgical cap because I had a temple transplant.
[After the surgery] Two days after the surgery is definitely a break. This is the time to be most careful, so I relax in the hotel as much as possible. At this time, blood comes out from the collection site and there is also water. Even when I sleep, I sleep with a pad on my pillow. Even after removing the bandage, blood and water mix, making it uncomfortable to sleep or lie down. Take painkillers and always pills in the morning and evening and apply ointment to the occipital region. Over time, the swelling becomes severe. It starts with the head and gradually comes down to the face. His face turned into an avatar. I was going to be surprised to see my face.
[Shamp] I go to the place where I got counseling again on the morning of the third day and I get a Shampp. The nurse shampers the transplant area called lotion. I was a little surprised because it was wound harder than I thought. You can think of it as removing only large boogers. On the day of Shamp, I watched The Istanbul for half an afternoon with my brothers. I wanted to wear a fashion fedora that I had prepared because I was a little shy about showing off my hair.
[Return to Korea] The hotel owner will give you rides to the airport on time. I went to the pharmacy on the first floor of the airport and checked the price of the ppe and found that it wasn't cheaper than I expected, so I bought a prosca (17 lira = about 10,000 won for 28 pills). I asked for 5 boxes, but I had 10 boxes, and I thought I'd buy them all, so I just bought them all. When I calculated it at first glance, it was enough to eat for four years. The price that didn't work was cheap, so I just bought it all. As far as I know, neither ppe nor pka is prescription medicine in Turkey. And each pharmacy has a limited amount, so it may be difficult to buy a lot at once. Anyway, one of the most worried parts was returning home. I had to make a stopover once, but I had to go through the checkpoint several times, but I had to take my hat off each time. I think I had to take it off twice in Turkey and twice when I made a stopover in Germany. Although he is not timid, there were moments when he took care of himself several times because his face was not thick enough to go around in a surgery. Fortunately, he didn't tell me to take off my hat at the last destination. I was comforted by that.
[Management] There was nothing special to manage after returning home. It's just that I'm going to shamp up every day as I'm told. However, it takes quite a bit of patience to wait until the scab is removed. A week after the surgery, I was given a scab and removed it slowly. Inevitably, there was a little transplant hair on the shamp or removing the scab. Every time, my heart sank. Theoretically, hair follicles are already born, but seeing the transplants coming out of my fingertips made me feel a little depressed. Still, I tried to be as positive as possible.
[Laryngeal] <-- Update I'm currently in my third week, but I haven't observed the laryngeal well, but I'm only seeing it these days. I collected it overall, but I only found out later that I collected the right side more intensively. I think I left my left side for the second surgery, but I'm actually a little disappointed about this. Only one side has an abnormally low density, so shaving below 1-2 cm seems impossible now. Currently, there is a round road from the center to the side like some car track. It may help those who are thinking about the second round, but it's a big regret for me who is not thinking about the second round yet. If it had just been collected uniformly throughout, it would have been possible to have very short hair. As my hair grows, it's getting covered more and more, but I'm sorry that it won't be shorter than sports hair. And even if only one side was collected intensively, I think it would have been better if it had been collected uniformly so that a specific shape did not appear. If you don't have severe hair loss, please consider this and make sure to mention it during consultation.
[Week 3] It's been 3 weeks, so I'm posting a short update. I'm washing my hair stronger than before. I'm not closing my eyes yet. I'm wrapping it a little more gently than usual, but I'm wrapping the transplant area with my fingers. The transplant hair starts to fall a lot more than before. However, other people say they will all fall out within a month, but I still have about 90% of the transplant hair. The laryngeal density is still decreasing, but it is becoming more and more covered. The collection area still stings sometimes and itches a lot. Dandruffy thin scabs often fall. I think it's still healing. I wear a beanie to work every day, but as soon as my larynx is covered, I'm going to transfer to baseball. I resumed a simple workout without overdoing it. I'm working out 70% less than usual. I'm thinking of doing intense aerobic exercise for the first time tomorrow.
[Finally] It was a surgery that I decided after a long wait and consideration. I have no regrets. Before the surgery, I had a simple dream, but after the surgery, people seem to be more greedy. I can't be 100% satisfied, but I'm almost 90% satisfied. I hope that the dark age will pass well in the future and that there will be a good progress. I hope it helped those who are worried about Turkish transplantation. Grow up, everyone.
And there are a lot of people asking about the total cost in the comments If you receive an estimate directly from Sebmech, you will probably get the same answer as me. As far as I know, there has been no price change in Sebmech for several years. (But if you ask me, I'll let you know with a note). The flight didn't leave Korea, so I don't think it'll be very helpful Other expenses are as follows.
1.5-day trip to Istanbul: approximately 100,000 won (usually 10-25 lira admission to historical sites). The subway is 9 miles. But if you walk a lot, you can reduce the cost of the subway.) Meal cost: 50,000 won (free breakfast, mostly with instant rice and cup noodles, and sometimes eating out) Proscar: 17 li per box (about 10,000 won). I bought 10 boxes at the airport) Hotel tip: Less than 10,000 won (sometimes I ask for cup noodles, sunban in bulk, coffee at dawn, hot water when I check out).
