Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

This is what Damo Lee Bong-gyu, a master of unrivalled hair transplant density, told us about hair folliculitis management.
Look at the picture a year after the Damo procedure, and I hope you take care of hair follicles thoroughly and succeed. The density is unmatched.

I took KTX from Seoul and had surgery, and I summarized what the director sent me directly by email when asked about folliculitis.
For more information, please refer to Damobusan http://www.damobusan.com/ , a Q&A site managed by the director himself.

Hair folliculitis is inflammation, and inflammation is usually characterized by redness (redness), tenderness (pressed and painful), and fever (fever).
If the redness looks redder than other areas and rises, once you suspect inflammation, and if you feel more pain than other areas, it is more likely to be folliculitis.
When the inflammation worsens, it progresses to folliculitis and even pus is formed.
If you squeeze it in advance before the inflammation intensifies, you may stab the hair roots of the general transplant site (where the hair roots are slightly attached), not the inflammation. However, it is not a big problem for survival.
Normal hair roots have an oil bag (spring) in the middle to secrete oil (oil) along the pores, making the hair soft and preventing the skin from drying out.
However, if the exit is blocked for any reason, the sebum cannot go out, and the pressure increases, and it bursts well even under small pressure. In this state, the pressure is released without inflammation and there is no problem.
However, if it is not discharged compared to the amount produced, this pressure eventually causes inflammation, and the tissue becomes fluffy and pus is formed due to the inflammatory reaction.
For treatment, it is recommended to apply an inflammatory treatment (adhesion) after drainage (pressure removal).
Although sebum is a normal presence in pores, it causes inflammation when excessively formed or less emitted.
Acne is the same mechanism, and overproduced oil cannot be discharged for any reason (mainly changes in adolescent hormones), and acne bacteria (bacteria) grow and form pustules.
Small things suspected of folliculitis are an intermediate stage of inflammation, and there is no salty, only blood, so it is better to treat them with an ointment.
Importantly, when hair roots are damaged due to an inflammatory reaction, problems with implantation occur.
Inflammation spots that have even pus can hardly be seen well.
Therefore, it is better to squeeze it quickly and control the inflammation so that it does not spread when the inflammation expands and pus does not occur.
If it is judged to be folliculitis after judging by the above technique, it should be squeezed and disinfected to prevent the spread of large inflammation.
