[Surgery in Thailand] 33 months... Crack

Hello, I'm Jumjusam, who had surgery in Thailand 33 months ago and posted occasional reviews on the bulletin board here.
It's already been three years since I had surgery. Two years and nine months to be exact. Three more months will be three years.

I had fue surgery in 2300 hair follicle Thailand.
I haven't used any drugs like ppe or minok since my surgery..
First, I used the herbal shampoo I got from the hospital for 10 days, and then I washed my hair with head and shoulder
I've been drinking a pack of cigarettes a day, drinking alcohol for 2-3 days a week, and exercising sometimes with golf, so far without much care?? LOL. There is.

A lot of people recommended taking drugs at the same time, but I'm personally afraid of the side effects of drugs
It's been nearly three years with the hope of holding out without drug dependence..
