시간 참 빠르다는 생각이 드는 요즘입니다. 달력 넘기다 보니 수술받고 정신없이 회복하던 시기가 벌써 작년 일이 됐더라고요. 평소에는 크게 의식하지 않고 지내는데 가끔 예상하지 못한 순간에 예전 생각이 떠오를 때가 있습니다. 오늘도 그런 날이라 잠깐 쉬는 시간에 생각난 김에 글을 남겨봅니다. 탕비실에서 아이스 아메리카노 한 잔 내려 마시면서 문득 작년 이맘때 생각이 나길래 카페에 글을 좀 남겨봅니다. 머리 다듬을 때가 돼서 평소 가던 미용실에 예약하고 갔습니다. 커트 중간쯤 하는데 담당 디자이너분이 제 이마 라인을 요리조리 보시더니 이마 라인이 참 깔끔하다며 칭찬을 하시는 겁니다. 심은거라고 이실직고하니 병원 정보랑 원장님 성함 적어가셨네요 주변에 엠자로 스트레스 받는 분이 계신다고 하셨는데 생각해보면 저도 수술 전에 회사에서 스트레스를 참 많이 받았습니다 수술하기 전에는 저도 남들 다 하는 민간요법에 돈 꽤나 날렸습니다. 인터넷에서 좋다는 비싼 영양제 직구해서 챙겨 먹고, 탈모 전용 샴푸 검색해서 통당 몇만 원씩 하는 걸로 감으면서 매일 아침 '제발 머리카락 좀 덜 빠지게 해달라'고 기원하듯 감았거든요. 검은콩 볶은 거랑 서리태 가루, 하수오 즙까지 안 먹어본 게 없습니다. 근데 돌이켜보면 그건 그냥 제 불안한 마음을 달래기 위한 임시방편이었지 근본적인 해결책은 전혀 아니었습니다. 이미 파여서 매끈해진 이마 피부에서는 아무리 좋은 걸 먹고 발라도 새로 올라오지 않더라고요. 친한 형 소개로 다나를 알게 됐고 상담 투어를 시작했습니다. 사실 다른 병원 몇 군데 돌 때는 무조건 모수를 많이 잡아서 빽빽하게 심어야 한다고 은근히 압박을 주는 곳들이 있어서 신뢰가 잘 안 갔습니다. 비용도 비용이지만 내 뒷머리 모낭도 한정되어 있는데 너무 과하게 권하니까 부담스럽더라고요. 반면에 다나는 제가 생각했던 것보다 라인을 보수적으로 제안해 주셨습니다. 나중에 혹시라도 부족해 보이면 그때 리터치로 보완하는 게 환자 귀한 모낭을 아끼는 길이라고 하셨습니다. 이익보다 환자 입장을 먼저 생각해서 판단해 주신다는 느낌을 강하게 받아서 바로 날짜를 잡았었네요 12개월 차가 된 시점에서 거울을 보면, 그때 더 늦지 않게 다나를 찾아갔던 게 참 다행스러운 선택이었다는 생각이 듭니다. 비용도 물론 들었지만 그동안 효과도 없는 민간요법에 찔끔찔끔 쓰면서 날린 시간과 비용을 생각하면 오히려 이게 훨씬 경제적이고 확실한 방법이었습니다.비슷한 고민으로 인터넷 검색창만 뒤지면서 밤잠 설치시는 분들이 꽤 많으실 텐데요. 혼자 깊게 고민하고 스트레스받는 것보다는 그냥 심어버리는게 낫습니다 저도 앞으로 관리 잘 유지하면서 종종 생각날 때 들러서 별일 없는지 소식 전하러 오겠습니다. 다들 편안한 저녁 보내세요. 12개월 수술전
