수술한지 벌써 2주차가 되어 병원 방문했습니다.
수술전에는 2주를 어떻게 보내야하나 걱정이 많았는데, 생각보다 수월했습니다.
앞머리 내리고, 뒷머리는 바람불때 혹여나 들춰질까 묶고 다녔는데 정말 아무도 모르더라구요ㅎㅎ
7일차~14일차 기간동안 각질로 고통받은것만 빼면 가려움, 통증 아무것도 없었습니다. 샴푸, 드라이할때만 제외하고는 그냥 신경끄고 살게 돼요.
저는 저녁운동으로 필라테스, 점핑 피트니스를 하고 있는데 2주동안 쉬어야하나 망설이기도 했지만, 부딪히지만 않으면 땀 흘리는건 상관없다고 하셔서 5일차쯤부터 점핑도 1시간씩 뛰었습니다ㅎㅎ 필테는 10일차부터 동작 가려가며 했습니다.
2주차 병원 방문하니 대략 1시간 조금 넘는 관리를 해주시는데 각질로 고통받던 부위를 스케일링하고 샴푸해주시니 세상 시원합니다ㅠㅠ
