Impotence within a week after eating it? No, but it becomes soft

I took monad tablets for about 5 weeks for a young 20-year-old hair loss.
I took 1mg each, but recently, my heart feels stuffy for a moment.

So I ended up hanging up. I went online and found that there were a lot of people (especially Minoxidil) who complained of heart problems other than me
Fina may have less impact on the vascular system than minoxidil in principle, but it certainly seems to have an impact on the heart

There are still drugs left, so I'm going to take 1/4mg each later, and if it still doesn't work, I'm going to take other drugs or try it even though it won't be effective as a nutritional supplement.
