[Scalp Tattoo] Has anyone tried a scalp tattoo again?

She's a girl
I had my scalp tattooed around my hair with dots at the hospital a few years ago
The hospital there said it's definitely permanent, but there's no color right now..
So I'm going to do it again somewhere else
But I'm worried that I might ruin it if I put it on top again crying

I'm also getting hair loss treatment, but it doesn't have much effect..
People around me kept asking if I was losing hair because I looked empty on the top of my head..
I'm so stressed out crying

Has anyone tried a scalp tattoo and a re-procedure?
