I'm thinking about it because I don't want my scalp to show my head like that on the top of my hairline

If I don't tattoo too close to the hairline and tattoo from about 1cm above the line, will my head be covered?

Is it obvious or ineffective..

Please let me know if there are any other good ways to get a tattoo Thank you.
