[Scalp Tattoo] Worried about scalp tattoos

Only the top of my head is empty.
I'm not sure if it's a thin type or hair loss.
It's a three-sided forehead, but the forehead area is adequate, so I'm going to laser hair removal only on the three-sided part..
Originally, I was looking for a hair transplant, but when I do it, I have to take the medicine for the rest of my life...
First, I'll try the medicine first, and if it still doesn't work, I'll have to have a hair transplant.
And then I found out about the scalp tattoo...That's how I got to know this place.
Since I'm doing it...Would it be better to get a full scalp tattoo to make it look dense?That's what I think.
I'll have to get some hospital counseling first, but...I'm worried about which one would be better, taking medicine or scalp tattoos.
