[Scalp Tattoo] I'm in my late 20s, is it worth a scalp tattoo,,

My status is as follows
I'm a man in his late 20s, and the hair loss on the top of my head has progressed to some extent, so I'm still concerned
The forehead itself is not originally wide and m-shaped, but it is not thick, but it is hidden by lowering the bangs long with a two-block cut.
Fortunately, my bangs are still full

I'm currently taking Pina drugs and it's been a year and a half since I took them,,
I've seen the effect on the bangs, but the top of the head doesn't fill up well, and the status quo.. That's about it

Since it's getting warmer and the sun is getting stronger, let's do some outdoor activities. My hair is down and my scalp looks dull
My biggest concern is splitting the top of my head
I will continue to take the medicine after the procedure now, but I am worried about when I lose more weight as I get older.
Then wouldn't it be weird because there's no hair and only the scalp is colored black

For your information, I have gray hair, so I get my hair dyed periodically (since middle school until now)
