[Hairline Tattoo] Question about scalp tattoos

Is there anyone who got a scalp tattoo on the part where the hairline was transplanted after the transplant?
They want to cover the transplant area with scalp tattoos because it's not effective
I think it'll be a problem if it smudges or the transplant area falls out later. Is there any side effects
I'm asking. And I'm also curious about the maintenance period.
