[Scalp Tattoo] Is there a hospital specializing in scalp tattoos?

Finasteride was discontinued a long time ago due to side effects, and has been using only 5% minoxidil since then.
Although the number of hair has decreased a lot since the discontinuation of the drug, I thought it would be maintained for a few years, but these days, the symptoms of hair loss have become noticeably worse.
With less hair, I feel like it takes more than twice as long to wash and get my hair done at home, especially when I go to a sauna after golf with my acquaintances.
So I thought about getting a scalp tattoo, but now that I'm going to get a tattoo again, I'm wondering which hospital to go to get good results.
I would be very grateful if you could recommend a hospital.
