[Scalp Tattoo] Please advise me on the standards when deciding on scalp tattoos.

Since I was in my 20s, I've been paying attention to and managing hair loss for nearly 10 years, using direct purchase, taking hospital prescription drugs, shampoo, and supplements, but the hair that has left doesn't come back. I seriously considered hair transplantation, but after seeing my friend who had a hair transplant in less than two years, I made up my mind with a scalp tattoo.
I have short hair and lack overall hair, so I think scalp tattoos are a suitable case.

After I made up my mind to search online, I sent pictures to about 3 places via Kakao Talk and consulted, but the cost is 2 to 3 times the difference.

Once I get a scalp tattoo, it's semi-permanent, so I want to get it from someone who is very careful and good, but I don't know the standard. I don't know if it's right to choose between a hospital or a non-medical professional..I would like to ask for advice on the criteria for selecting a practitioner for those who were satisfied.
