I got a scalp tattoo on the top of my head a year ago, and the color smudged so much that I'm going to erase it because it's weird.
I have a question. Is there a case that if you erase your scalp tattoo with a laser, your hair will never grow again?
If you have a good scalp tattoo in Seoul, I recommend it..
