Hello, I'm a hair loss person considering scalp tattoos..
As far as I know, legally, it can only be done in hospitals, but in reality, there is a saying that famous shops like GreyOO and DOO will get better results..
And I'm trying to increase the density of the crown, but I'm worried about where it's better.
