[Hairline Tattoo] Where would be the best place to go to the Vs hospital

I had a hair transplant, and maybe it's because I put a lot of forehead lines down to places where I don't have hair.. I don't think the dense and rich feeling I want is enough

So I'm looking into scalp tattoos for my hairline
One famous hospital in Daedamo gave up because it was too expensive, and I'm thinking about another hospital and a private company on YouTube.. Is there anyone who does it at a private company and has side effects such as pigment smudging?

Or is it natural that it smudges after a few years, no matter where I get the scalp tattoo. I don't like the feeling that my entire skin has turned black because I painted that black a lot... I'm scared that it'll show a lot because it's a hairline

And there are more people with tattoos on the top of the head in Daemo, but the hairline looks a little empty like me, so does anyone recognize it?
