Has anyone tried it?

I often have short hair, but now I'm covering it well, but like the weather these days, I sometimes want to shave it shorter in the middle of summer

But it bothers me that the part where the hair was collected is noticeable.. Is it less obvious if I fill it in with a partial tattoo?
