- Yes, it's a semi-permanent district.

The scalp tattoo is a semi-permanent procedure that lasts about 3-6 years by injecting ink into the dermis deeper than the epidermis

2. Then, wouldn't it make hair loss worse if you touch your hair follicle while getting a tattoo?
- You don't have to worry!
Generally (may not be everywhere like this!) Put only 1.0mm to 1.6mm, which is shallower than where the follicle cells are located, so that there is no damage to the follicle
There is no adverse effect on existing hair either!
