I got a non-cut hair transplant for the 2024 Lunar New Year's Day, but I wasn't satisfied I think it's almost not effective

It's a system that makes up for the shortcomings a year later
I thought it would be the same if I do it again a year later, so I asked the hospital because I thought scalp tattoos would be better than re-planting the missing parts as a retouch
I did the first SMP procedure on Lunar New Year's Day in 2025
The second round was around February 15th

Is it correct that this is SMP?
It's so different from what I saw on the internet

When you do the procedure, you take a lot of pictures and wipe off the ink on your scalp. Is this right?

I think it's a free procedure instead of retouching..
