I had a hairline transplant with wide forehead and an M-shaped hair transplant, but I can't raise my hair because of the lack of density

Will my scalp tattoo be okay in this case..?
Or maybe you should get another transplant to do density reinforcement
Will it be better?
scalp tattoos are also expensive compared to hair transplants
I think the damage to the back of the head will be too big for another transplant (we've collected a lot before)
