I got a hairline tattoo before, but it's a mess and now it's left a mark like a speckled blue bruise.
The hospital recommended removing the tattoo,,,,,
What worries me is the cost, but I couldn't say that I would remove the precious hair follicles as well when removing the tattoo.
I wonder if there's anyone who erased hairline tattoos neatly without losing hair follicles..........(sighing)
