[Scalp Tattoo] I'm going to get SMP while taking medicine, what do you think?

I've been taking pinasteride-based hair loss medication for several years now, and honestly, I have no idea the effect,,

So I'm seriously thinking about getting an SMP that can be solved noticeably immediately by quitting the drug or changing the drug to another line such as Avodat now, which doesn't work at all.
No matter how much I change medicine, it takes too long for my head to grow and fill up, so I want to quickly cover this empty feeling of stress with tattoos.

Wouldn't it definitely look less empty right away if you don't shave your head and keep your existing hair and reinforce the density with SMP on the part of your hair and bangs??
I'm trying to get a tattoo at the same time while changing medicine that doesn't work, what do you think??
I would appreciate it if you could share information about the hospital that naturally fills up and if there are any members who are satisfied with changing medicine and receiving SMP like me. Please give me some advice.
