I'm a 21-year-old young man who is going to the army soon. Before I go, I want to grow out my hair, get a perm, and decorate it, but if I put my forehead on it, the m-shape looks a little dug out I'm so stressed and depressed. I stopped eating because I was so tired and it didn't have much effect even if I ate it Is it a scalp tattoo or I want to know how much it will cost, and will my hair fall even worse if I shave my head?
